Can’t ever get this guy on the phone. Terrible communication. He books with you and then cancels multiple times. I can’t tell you how frustrating it was trying to work with him. He has screwed me over two seasons now when it comes to getting my lawn core aerated so that I could overseed. This year he did it to my neighbor. The whole neighborhood is warned and will never use him.

Reached out to Carlson’s via Facebook messenger and received quick response. Received a quote via email and scheduled dethatching and aeration. Services were delayed due to weather but I never had to wonder as they were extremely informative. Services were completed and they did an exceptional job. Would definitely use them again!

Scott is a great businessman. Very punctual, hard working and fair! My yard has always problems with patches and dried out spots. Scott was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to get me the look I wanted. From aeration, over seeding, and thatching to landscape design/clean up, this company is articulate, quick and worth every penny!

The guys came out today for the first mow of the season and I was stunned at how fast and precise they worked. A neighbor kid picks up our dog poop and apparently missed a ton (I also forgot to check the yard), so they understandably couldn’t do the backyard. However, they said they’d be back to finish in a day or two when it was cleaned. I felt awful for inconveniencing them but they were so kind and professional about it. I had some anxiety about using a new company this spring/summer while my husband’s deployed, but I can see now I’m in good hands.

Perhaps the best aeration I’ve ever had!! Technician made multiple passes over the same areas getting great plug pulls. Took his time and did a thorough job… Will use again!!

Scott Carlson has been tending to my lawn care this year. I requested additional work as I noticed my tree branches were hanging on top of my roof. Scott’s team came over and trimmed all the overhang, cleaned out my rain gutter, and hauled off the mess. They did a fantastic job for a fair price and I am very pleased. I plan to continue with his services and recommend you try them out!!

Carlson lawn care has done a wonderful job with our yard! We are so glad we found them. They arrive each week and do a great job mowing and edging. They leave the area very clean by blowing away any cut grass that has dropped. Scott communicates well with us and we feel like is price is very fair. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic mow at a great price! It consistently looks clean and even. It's a significantly better cut than I was getting from a different company here in Spokane, for considerably less cost.
