It was a simple job, typical small Spokane yard. A spring cleaning followed by maintenance. Neither was done though they charged me 700.00. The cleaning left piles of debris, pine cones needles and leaves piled up around the garage and all along the back of the house. I pulled my first review because I was promised that the job would be finished. I gave them that chance. Which was not done, in fact the owner argued with me on the phone calling me a liar saying that the debris under the porch did not exist and never was an offer made to come out and look at my complaints and see what could be done. As for the grass cutting, even that would have been done better by a neighborhood kid, they never trimmed around the house, patio, or fences an effort that would have cost a few minutes time. They were always in a hurry to leave. Buyer beware that's all I can suggest.

Everything went great. I just wish they would’ve knocked and let me know if they were here before they started doing the blowout.

Courteous and timely service. The lawn always looked amazing afterward. Would recommend to anyone whose looking for a trustworthy lawn care company.

As the lawn care season comes to a close, I'd like to express how pleased we've been with Augusta and their employees. Communication, reliability, and consistency in the services they perform, they can take pride in their work well done. Until next season thank you all!

Augusta Lawn Care Services did a fantastic job with our spring clean-up! Both the front and back yard look great — clean, fresh, and ready for the season. I really appreciated how communicative they were throughout the process. When they realized that trimming one of our bushes too aggressively would affect its look, they gave me a call to talk it through rather than just moving forward. Even though I was away, they kept me in the loop every step of the way, and I always felt confident that the work was getting done right. Great service and great results — highly recommend!

Christian was the employee who came out and did our hedge and bush trimming, he also removed some bushes for us. We hired Augusta and Christian to cut down drying grasses in a forest area next to our house. Our neighbor also wished to have hers done as she appreciated the job Augusta and Christian did on our property last year. Christian came today and took care of both property clean ups, plus he took some dead tree branches that fell during recent winds. Augusta is always professional and efficient. Christian is very good at landscaping and always does a terrific job. My neighbor and I highly recommend Augusta Lawn Care!

The guy that came by our house to do our sprinklers was amazing! I forgot his name but he was helpful, polite, and very nice. He did a great job!! I will recommend him to others. Thank you.
