Had my lawn treated professionally for the first time in 5 yrs & it looks great after they did the pre-emergent treatment

July 1st 2020 guy in white truck was honking at cars in the right hand turn lane for letting pedestrians cross. He was then later speeding. I don’t know about you but I though grass doesn’t grow fast enough to warrant bad driving.

Worst company to hire for lawm service. They don't know how to mow grass, let alone edge. I think a five year old could do better on their first try.

I had got a recommendation from a neighbor down the street after asking who she had used to trim up her shrubs. She had told me Four Seasons and about the two guys that worked for them..The guys names were Esteban and Alfons and they were amazing..They were here trimming our Arborviteas for 4 days in probably some of the hottest days we had experienced this summer..Their fortitude to stay focused with getting this job done was unreal..They were both pleasant to have around but most importantly they did an excellent job with the trimming and getting these shrubs down to reasonable size that are now manageable..I would give these guys and Four Seasons a high rating and use them again..Hands Down

We love Four Seasons. They are fast and efficient. They listen to us and needs...we aren't obligated to their schedule. We can create our own schedule of applications and they listen to specific needs/wants.

This is my first year with Four Seasons. They came out promptly and gave a very fair estimate. They have made my lawn look better than it has in years. Love the automatic service.

Olivia and her guys did some work for my grandma a few weeks ago, five stars. and loved seeing a hands on woman out there on the property.

Going door to door is acceptable business behavior. However, when there is a bright red sign that says “No Soliciting” and I still get a knock, that’s inappropriate. Please be more respectful of people’s privacy and posted signage.

A van of guys came through our neighborhood trying to drum up business and while they were waiting for one another, they didn't mind throwing their used cigarette butts in our neighborhood, in my neighbor's yard. They try to sell their business, and then leave trash in your yard. Not classy.

I was given a 50% off 1 item for my birthday and it expired 1 day after the month of my birthday and they would not let me use it. I won't go into another Four Seasons again. I feel that was wrong on their part. Its like they gave you something and took it back.

Their drivers have 0 courtesy, I drive semi turned the corner only to face one of their pickups with a trailer in The middle of the road then raised his hands at me like I was somehow at fault. Teach your employees how to drive.

6pm July 11th 2019 this jerk in his white F150 work truck was honking behind our car going north on Maple in stop and go traffic. He was erraticly trying to pass us and almost caused an accident by hitting the car in front of us. We were literally driving home from the hospital returning from me having surgery on my neck PLUS there was literally no where to go. It was rush hour traffic! Thanks for the near heart attack on the way home from the hospital with a fresh surgical wound in driving conditions we literally had no control over. If this guy acts like this in these situations I can only imagine how he runs his business and treats his employees and customers.

2 guys from 4 seasons just left my house after aerating my moderately-sized lawn. They showed up on-time, had 2 guys on aerators, something I've never seen before they a great job and pulled some good-sized cores. Badda-Boom Badda Bing. I've used quite a few other places to aerate, more expensive too.
This was my experience with them today. Perhaps some of you had less-positive experiences. That said, I'd hire the again and recommend them to my friends. -
Absolutely terrible company for hire. I used them for two years, and that was much too long. I could list many examples, but the straw that broke the camels back was that it took them a month to come out to do lawn aeration. They billed me for lawn aeration... and never aerated the lawn. When I called to end my services and take this off my bill.... the lady literally asked me to go into my neighbors yards to see if the technician aerated the wrong lawn... after I argued with her already that my lawn was not aerated. I'd stay far away from them.

Horrible service! As a matter of fact, no service at all! They serviced the lawn twice, 2 days in a row. First they aerated then they sprayed fertilizer and weed kill. That was it! They said they would stop by every 5 to 8 weeks. 9 wks went by and i finally called. They told me my 'account' was sitting on somebody's desk never to be seen. I do not recommend 4 Seasons. They just might forget to come to your house!

This company came to my yard, (which was taken care of by True Green for the last few years and looked great from) they put down fertilizer on April 16th, but because of all the rain, came back 2 weeks later to put on the weed killer. Well, a week later, our lawn was dead. Not totally dead, no, its dead in spray patterns. Their manager, Bob, came out to see the damage. When he got out of his truck his first words to me was, "oh no, we did this. This was a wrong mix put on it, we may have to re-sod". Well, I have a ton of before and after pictures I wish I could share with you. I have tall, very tall green grass in the middle of these dead spray patters, yet now Im told this is because I don't water right. They came out and tossed seed and said they aerated...they didn't. I know what aerating looks like, it wasn't done. So through all this, I have asked to speak with the owner and the owner has never gotten in touch with us. They gave us a timer of all things. Said the yard needs watered every 4 hours. I live in Suncrest, our yards are large and take about 3 to 4 hours to water with a hose, how will a non-programmable timer help me there? It wont turn back on in 3 hours. It won't move for me. I don't have a sprinkler big enough to water my front yard and back yard at once. How is this helping me? I asked for a few programmable timers, that they could take back when its green again. I just got an email saying that was out of the question. Had they not killed off our lawn, watering would have never been an issue. So they came to our home, ruined our yard and are now walking away. Is this a company you want in your yard? Oh, and I think the company forgot that I know that this happened to about 6 other people in Suncrest. Most people have sprinkler systems out here and this might not be such a big deal to them, but it is for us. We work too hard to let a company get away with this.

They came in to my back yard and started snooping around. i never even called them for any kind of services. i just have security cameras in place and reviewed what they did. they did not even attempt to ring the door bell or anything, just pulled up and started looking for a way to get in to my fenced back yard. their excuse was that we called for service which we did not and definitely did not authorize anyone to go in our back yard. I dont know how company is training their employees but they definitely need to do a better job.

After 4 years of excuses, brown lawn, and hundreds of dollars being paid to them I decided to let them go. They begged for me to stay a customer and allow them a chance to fix it. I agreed and they then terminated me as a customer and said they didn't want me as a customer. They will teach you all sorts of new terminology through their vast use of excuses as to why you have one of the worst looking lawns despite spending the most money in your neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and chose a different lawn care company. You will be much more pleased with the end result.

I have used Four Seasons since 2013 and have always been happy with them. They do weekly mowing for me as well as fertilizer treatments. They have also did a $30,000 complete yard/curbing/plant/tree project in 2016 which turned out awesome. I highly recommend this company. Landon

Workers are polite and kind and honestly don't know a darn thing about what they are doing. Give them hedgers and they will "prune" (because they apparently don't know the difference between the two tasks) everything that doesn't need it, and miss the couple things that actually should be cut back this time of year. Whatever you do, don't ask them to prune a tree!

This is my second year using Four Season. They are always prompt and do a great job. My lawn has looked much better than it has with previous services. If in the opinion of the mowers, it is unnecessary to mow, they ask if they may skip a week, thus saving me money! They are professionals, but reasonably priced.
