Jason did a great job taking care of my sprinklers for the winter. He was very efficient and professional. I highly recommend Jason for all your sprinkler needs for summer and winter. I also recommend Augusta Lawn Care Services to take care of all your lawn care needs.

Other than some communication struggles, this crew did a great job in my yard, which was its own adventure. They do most everything you might need and are quick at it. I feel the amount that was charged was fair, and I'm grateful to have my yard looking better for spring. Thanks guys. Things look good!

Jason does not communicate well and is very rude. I am left with a partial job done that I have to complete myself. Do not hire Augusta.

Since moving to Spokane we’ve tried 3 other lawn care services and Augusta is miles ahead of any other company we have tried. Our first experience with Christian and Eduardo was amazing as these guys were super knowledgeable and extremely professional. Jason also was super helpful regarding our sprinkler start up.

Brendon and Alfonso are a “5” all day long. They do a great job!

My grandparents recently had their yard thatched and since they’re not super into online stuff I’m writing their review for them! My grandparents are elderly and rarely ever have anything done to the yard but this year they needed it and “Louis and his buddy” did a great job! She said they were so polite and kind and respectful and she’s very impressed with them! We recommend to anyone, thanks again guys! They really appreciate it:)

Super friendly and caring operation. I’m in Savannah but I booked Augusta for my parents in the Valley. They return calls, and are very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Scheduling service with this company has been a nightmare. We initially set up an appointment and were told they'd be out Wednesday or Thursday the following week—no one showed up. When we called, they said they’d be out Friday morning. By 2pm Friday, still no one. We followed up again and were told they'd arrive later that afternoon. At 4pm, we received a call saying they wouldn't make it and would instead complete the service Monday morning.

As of 12pm Monday, there's still no sign of them. When we called again, we were told they still plan to come today, but might reschedule—again.

What happened to customer service and honoring commitments? This has been nothing but delays and broken promises.

Called to have someone come out and give an estimate. They told me it would be the following day. They refused to give me a timeframe of when someone was available. The next day I called to get a timeframe of when I could expect someone. Same response, couldn’t give me a timeframe! I was supposed to wait at home all day until they were available with no time frame in mind? This obviously kept me from even considering them for the job! I have one day a week available, a single parent and no money or time to waste. I will not consider them when looking for yard service. Before even looking at my property, they were proving to be unreliable. . In response… all I asked for was a in person estimate. Nothing else. So according to you I should have had an exact time for the said in person estimate? Yet your phone staff was dismissive and unwilling to give even an estimated time let alone an exact time? Your response to my review confirms my caution with your company. Red flags…. All red flags

I have been nothing but happy with the services from Augusta Lawn Care ! They have always acted as if they cared about doing a great job. My regular mower, ETHAN, is awesome, and have always appreciated his hard work. I have been with them for about 3 years now and plan on using them in the future. Highly recommend

Update/Edit: Instead of apologizing to us, they harassed my wife after seeing this review. We're so tired of them. We really wish we ignored their mail flyers.

We tried to schedule a time with them but never heard back from them.

Next thing we know they just came over to our house and entered our yard without permission, lying to our roommate that we gave them permission to do so. When our roommate confronted them about the lie (roommate reached out to us immediately), they said it's standard procedure to just enter a homeowner's yard without permission.

They broke into our yard. We do not leave our yard's sidegate unlatched because we have dogs that would have ran away.

Absolutely insane company practice.

Christian and his team did an amazing job on our project! They were punctual, friendly, thorough and our yard looks wonderful. Looking forward to working with them again! This company did incredible overall- grateful for having worked with them. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Augusta! They worked fast and did an excellent job! Saved us multiple weekends of spring cleaning they did it in just a few hours! Well worth it!

They did much more than I expected! I was very pleased with the work they did, and will be calling them again next year for fall clean up.
