Regarding yard maintenance division, PGD had difficulty following through with the basics of yard maintenance in spite of a contract that paid them monthly for over a year. Management was infrequently present, crews were not attentive to maintaining bushes, clearing pine needles etc. if you need someone to mow your lawn choose a cheaper alternative. Many promises, poor follow through.

Pacific Garden Design is by far the best crew I have ever had. I have worked for an apartment complex for three years now and have never had our whole sprinkler system working and we had a lot of problems getting our crews out to plow snow and de ice during the winter. Since moving over to Pacific Garden Design, my whole property is getting water and the snow removal service is immaculate. Tim Paulson goes above and beyond for us. I can call Tim with anything and he has always come through for me. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a mow and some minor sprinkler work all the way to completely custom landscaping and design. As long as I am doing this kind of work I will not except any other crew on my property. THANK YOU TIM!!

I absolutely love using this company for two of the multifamily properties I manage. Tim always gets things done in a timely manner and never has any issues getting things done properly the first time. We have absolutely lucked out having this company handle our landscapeand snow plow needs and will continue to use them with every additional property we acquire!

Great company to work with and gave the best deal of any other design place we had previously got quotes from on our project. Everything done under one price no having to pay another company for separate services. Due to pandemic reasons they had larger projects on hold that needed to be done but the friendly/awesome work crew were able to accomplish our little job in a about 4-5 days during the hottest days of the summer, transforming the entire backyard from what was basically a dirt pit to a tightly bordered yard with sprinkler system, sod and extended custom patio. Jack was great to work with and will be calling again next year for the front. Highly recommend these guys.

I felt that Cody went above and beyond the usual with his service. Today's appointment was basically for a sprinkler startup and it ended up being more than that. He went the extra mile to get us a new timer box to replace our very OLD box on the same day of our appointment for a sprinkler startup. The service he provided took care of the many lawn irrigation issues and concerns I had and put my mind at ease about summer sprinkler issues. I was very pleased with the service Cody provided today. A very good technician and human being.

We hired Greenscape to start our sprinklers for the season. The technician arrived, and he started the process of starting up our sprinklers, but then he made a comment about how many sprinkler heads we had and told me that they could replace many other heads to oscillating sprinklers and that he could develop a quote for me to do that work. I agreed, so out of the hour that he was on our property, he spent about 25 minutes, adjusting our sprinklers and the other 35 minutes working on this quote. Our home cameras back this up. Fast forward, and a receive a bill for the entire hour. When I called customer service, they told me that we are charged for the total of amount of time they are on our property. I told them that the technician never told me that the time it would take to develop the quote would cost us. The customer service person indicated that they mention this when they talk to us on the phone prior to the appointment. I don’t ever recall this conversation, and even if it was stated to us, it should be clarified that this involves having a quote built that was encouraged by the company technician. The customer service representative would not budge on this, so I now have a bill for $140 instead of $80 because we are paying for a quote that the technician encouraged in the first place. This is a deceptive business practice, and fortunately, there are many irrigation companies in the area that would not do this. We will go elsewhere from now on, but companies that do things like this also do other practices that are ways to make a quick buck from customers. Most companies won’t send a technician out to do a job, encourage you to consider their other services, and then charge you for the time it takes to develop a quote based off of these other services. Shady.

This company has been very easy to work with. It was easy to schedule spring and fall sprinkler set ups and blow outs. The technician was right on time and very responsive to my concerns.

These guys are the best! They remind me each year to schedule my winter blowout, and they take care of my system so I never have to worry when the weather warms up again. Absolutely rely on Greenscape!

Landscapers butchered our hedges which we told to leave alone and not touch. Chopped the trees unevenly and at odd angles and left a mess when finished. They were difficult to get ahold of and talk to upper management then sent the same person who hacked at them to fix the mess. The worker showed late, forgot their tools, returned 40 minutes later, alone (against protocol), grumbled and whined about things under his breath, and didn’t use any safety common sense. Thankfully he was unable to start the tools and had to leave before doing something to get hurt. However, when pressed, management did discount the bill some.

I will say, however, that when confronted the repair crew they sent out—the new gentleman did a great job and was thorough and apologetic.

Absolutely the best!!! Talked with Josh about what I wanted and the time frame and found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommebd to anyone looking for landscape work to be done.

When I made a recent mistake regarding my appointment, the Greenscape team still came to help me out and complete the service. I really appreciate that they not only returned to do the work, but were so kind to me on the phone and in person. They take great care of their clients and have great customer service.

Have used Greenscape for 2 years for my sprinkler/irrigation needs. They are great to work with, and efficient with scheduling. The technicians know what they are doing. Will explore their other landscaping services. Definitely recommend.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but DO NOT use them for anything other than leaf removal. Poor poor communication. The manager came out to give us a plan for our front yard. We hoped to have it some bushes pruned and some others removed in anticipation of spring landscaping. We also wanted the beds weeded. He promised several times for the job to be completed over 2 months. The team kept not showing up. I had to call multiple times. When they finally did show up, the manager wasn't with them (though he promised he would be) and they completely hacked up our front beds. They removed large bushes they weren't supposed to. Left a lot of stumps and weeds and simply didn't remove any of the weeds in one bed even though we'd pointed it out to the team in the morning. I am generally fairly patient with these things as I know teams are busy, especially in the fall, but this was absurd. It certainly wasn't worth the effort or any amount of money.

This past winter, extremely low temperatures caused a crack in one of our pipes. After looking into multiple vendors to fix the problem, I am very pleased with my decision to choose Greenscape for my sprinkler service. They addressed the issue with a very straightforward and honest approach. Although a very minor leak persisted after their initial visit, they promptly returned to resolve it without hesitation. Unlike other companies that might have charged for the follow-up visit, Greenscape clearly valued service and loyalty over just dollar figures. Now, my sprinkler system is fully functional, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice of vendor. Thank you!

Employees are courteous and professional.. Greenscape has done my snow removal for a few years and just started doing my lawn maintenance. I am very pleased with quality of work and price is fair. My lawn looks great! Even during the heaviest snow storms they get my driveway done . I just noticed my neighbors just signed on with them too… Thank you for your awesome work !

Kalem, is a seriously hard worker! He has an amazing attitude and is the best at what he does. I get the best lawn service from him! My lawn has never looked better! :)

GREENSCAPE IS AWESOME !! ..........Spokane Greenscape does my lawn weekly maintenance and my snow removal . I GREATLY value the services they provide ( so much so that I just posted this under YELP as well :) ....... The temps are getting ready to go up to 107 over the next 48 hours . I sent them an email with a 911 request to repair a leak in my irrigation . I was kinda panicking because I just installed Almost $1000 in new shrubs and didn't want them stressed with the heat/lack of water.
They sent Rush (a senior technician) out within 24 hours of my email. Rush was very knowledgeable and didn't seem to mind me tagging a long as he work on the system. He was so polite . He REALLY listened to what I felt my plants needed to stay healthy. He repaired the leak and made adjustments on the heads/ drip line to make sure my yard stays beautiful :) I am so impressed with this company and was happy to see that my neighbor is using them for maintenance as well...
