My technician Josh, was incredibly knowledgeable about all the issues I was having with my sprinkler system. From a split soaker hose, heads that needed adjusting, and timers that were not working efficiency. Josh addressed and fixed them all! Thank you again Josh!!

Erin the sprinkler technician came out and completely fixed our sprinkler system. I had spent hours trying to figure out the control box and Erin made one suggestion, applied the new part and we were ready to go. He was efficient, friendly and very knowledgable. This is the second time I lhave called Greenscape to assist us and both times things got resolved to our complete satisfaction. I would also add because of all their lawn care measures and the sprinkler repair efforts our lawn is looking as good as it has ever been, and we have lived in our home for 30 plus years! Jim A

Greenscape just completed repairing/replacing one of my sprinkler system stations, line, and heads. My Backyard is full of rocks and tree roots which had destroyed one of my sprinkler lines. Cody Came to my house to look at what needed to be done. I also was concerned that sprinklers in my front yard were not covering the grass sufficiently. Greenscape came a day early, but I was able to work with them on the phone and they were able to complete the job without my physically being at home. Not only did they replace the three sprinkler heads, but they added a fourth one next to my patio so that water coverage could get up to the patio and not drench my table and chairs. It was a great solution. The crew checked my front sprinklers and felt they needed to clean the heads and change the patterns, but nothing would have to be replaced. I was very impressed that the quote was exactly what I was charged and I know the crew spent a lot of time adjusting heads and did not charge me extra. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with Greenscape. Cody was an outstanding supervisor and representative for Greenscape.

Greenscape was able to get my sprinklers serviced soon after I called. I very nice guy named Josh came and answered all my questions as he worked. He did everything pretty quick too with is good since sprinklers services everywhere are so expensive per hour. Im super happy with the work done.

Greenscape has been our go to for all of our sprinkler needs. Good value and the work is always high quality and done efficiently. We had excellent service from our rep Kalem. He knows his stuff! Would definitely recommend.

We are delighted at the transformation of our front yard! The installation crew from Spokane Greenscape (Taylor, Noah and Jacob), was professional, hard-working and had excellent recommendations for how to turn our ideas into reality. After removing our entire front lawn and over-grown garden, we now have an expanded front porch area with paver patio and pathway that winds through walkways of decomposed granite surrounding xeriscape beds. Low maintenenace, low water, high enjoyment!

I had a technician come to fix my sprinklers. His name is Josh. He was extremely professional As well as extremely knowledgeable. Went above and beyond. And finish in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs their sprinklers done. Definitely going to hire this company again because of the technician Josh that came out to my house.

If communication, customer service and honesty are qualities that you value, I would not recommend Greenscape Landscaping. We trusted our rental property landscaping to Greenscape and on several occasions throughout our relationship found ourselves paying for services that were not performed. See photos of our lawn while we were still paying them for "bi weekly mows". Our lawn is a complete disaster, and I've found myself waiting for calls back from their office for weeks. Look elsewhere for landscaping services in Spokane.

Last-minute sprinkler blowout could not have been easier! Luckily this year has been mild so far, but every year I inevitably forget to reach out somewhere about winterizing the system until there's deep freeze warnings. Received an email reply from Lindsay within hours of my online inquiry, confirmed the service needed, and had an appointment time set within the week (Nov. 11th). After making sure I had the water line to the sprinkler box turned off before, I wouldn't have even needed to be home. Pricing was clear, fair, and so easy to pay the invoice online. 4 zones done for $85 + tax, and I know where I'll go through again next year!

This company periodically does my neighbor’s yard for a snow removal and landscaping when they are out of town. I called them just now and asked if they would discount both invoices if they did Snow Removal for me. I’m right across the street. They would never have to move their truck they could walk over with their snowblower and do mine in five minutes is exactly how long it takes them to do. My neighbors Snow Removal. I’m told the company. Of any sort and I asked why when they wouldn’t even have to move their truck they could just come right over. She said she didn’t know why, but they don’t offer any discounts not even a senior citizen discount. She was very curt And I will not do business with them because of her attitude and not offering a discount when they don’t even have to move, their truck is ridiculous. As a business person myself, especially in this economy and helping older folks by giving a discount is always beneficial I will not recommend this company nor will I do business with them

Please do not use any other company! I have been a customer for over 5 years. I depend upon a company that is reliable, trustworthy and on time!
I value my time and I value theirs.
Communication is prompt. The technicians are genuinely interested in assisting with care the of my lawn and sprinkler system. They are proactive in customer satisfaction.

Matt Barton of Copper Creek Landscaping provided excellent customer care and service. He and his Landscape Architect, Jonathan Smith, collaborated a great deal with me and my husband during the design stage of an extremely involved landscaping job. Matt and his competent crew completed every stage within the expected date and cleaned up the work site daily to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the beautiful results and would definitely hire Copper Creek for future projects. Matt was professional, kind and has an extensive landscaping background and expertise. My neighbors are constantly admiring his work and we couldn't be happier.

A good experience. Even though there were a couple of issues, Matt and crew never wavered from a "can do" response to make the completed project, everything that we had hoped for.

Our yard was redesigned with all sod removed over the 20 days of 90 degree weather, hottest record in Spokane. The crew was considerate, professional, detail oriented, and caring. The end results are outstanding. Our yard is more manicured and beautiful than a public park. We have attracted baby hummingbirds and more pollenators than we have ever seen. We now have low maintenance, draught resistent plants, drip irrigation, and a deer resistent yard. This was money well spent.

A top notch shop, for sure. Matt, Tim, Mike, and the entire rest of the team at Coppercreek Landscaping are awesome - and that's an understatement. Matt helped us take our myriad of ideas and thoughts and put them to paper in the design. He worked side by side with us as we tweaked things to fit our vision and our budget. Then his team got to work and built us a backyard we can't get enough of. I like to get my hands dirty, and Matt let me get my fill by laying the sod myself. There were a few hiccups during the build, but Matt and his team were on each and every one of them, and even made requested changes along the way. I can't recommend them enough - in fact - I already have!! I can't wait to work with Matt and his team again.

CopperCreek landscaping did a great job for us last summer. This spring we had a few issues with some of the landscaping and they came out and promptly took care of it. Matt Barton did an excellent job supervising the project. He had some creative ideas that helped us fit a pool in a very narrow backyard. Would heartily recommend them.

We are so impressed with Copper Creek’s work. They are building an elaborate fire pit with multiple levels of flagstone and rock tiers and it looks incredible. Clark and his crew Ben and Luke are so hard working, considerate and professional. We are glad we chose Copper Creek. They have exceeded our expectations and we had high expectations to begin with.

We've been using Copper Creek for a number of years on various projects around our house. They're always timely and working hard. Matt and his team designed and created the beautiful yard and retreat we dreamed of to compliment the modern design of our new home. He worked hard to incorporate all the many features we requested including a swimming pool, large covered patio, dog run, and raised garden and hot tub areas. Matt's eye for design is excellent and he was so pleasant and easy to work with as was his team. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat! Most of all the landscaping was done on time and within budget and ready for us when we moved in to enjoy a the summer!
