Very professional and now my carpet seems like new.

Did a great job, very thorough

I called on short notice and Vactech showed up an hour later! Chris our serviceman did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier. On top of everything the price was unbeatable. 5☆☆☆☆☆

These guys were fantastic! They were very punctual and informative when it came to age of carpets, types, future issues, and how to treat stains. When they left, we were thoroughly impressed with how our carpets looked.

We had Vactech come out and clean the carpets in our basement office space, a couple hallways, and a set of stairs. The tech was professional and responded quickly to our calls and questions. He did a great job, but took a bit long to complete it. Since we weren't paying hourly, this wasn't a big deal.

Great experience working with them getting sections of my carpet replaced! Chris was very quick to reply to my texts, the quality of the repair looks great, and it was affordable.

Wow! These people are seriously AMAZING! I called needing a deep deep carpet clean of my house (since I have a dog)and new room mates moving in the next day! So this was a very last minute thing. I called them and Chris the manager answered and of course they were fully booked. But he called his techs to see if anyone could pick up the job and no one was available so instead of saying no he came out himself and got the job done! He did such an amazing job I can’t even tell you how grateful I was that 1. It was called in the day of and he made it happen and 2. My carpets were so bad with really bad stains in them and he got them ALL out!! And 3. When i payed at the end he pressed no tip and said they charge honestly and fairly which to be real was so nice! He deserved a tip but didn’t ask for one and didn’t even make it an option! So rare no a days, couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

Chris was able to come to our house on short notice. He spent over two hours doing our living room, master bedroom and an area rug to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. He was polite, professional, honest and very affordable. My dog has been very naughty lately and Chris was able to get our carpets clean, 99% of stains out and our house smells and looks clean. Will use again!

Absolutely "Wonderful" experience! Not only did Chris have great customer service, but my carpets came out Beautiful! I'm the daughter/sister of carpet cleaners, and was around the business for many many years, so I had very high expectations and Chris went above and beyond what I had expected!
