I am a property manager and have been working with FiberClean for over a year now to clean the carpets in our vacant apartments. The quality of their work is excellent, and scheduling appointments is easy. I definitely recommend their work to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner.

Tracy came to treat some chairs that had a tough pet accident. He was thorough, detailed and very informative. I tried other companies with minimal improvement but Tracy took the time and worked hard on the issue. We will definitely be using them again!

Tracy was awesome! Friendly, professional and very transparent about expectations for what he could and couldn’t accomplish with our old (likely improperly sealed) tile. It’s lightyears better and he was working hard to scrub the grout clean and even made 2 passes with his machine. The afghan runner was the best transformation though, it looks beautiful and almost new!!

Fiber Clean is hands down thee best carpet cleaning company in all of Spokane. The attention they put into their work is well worth giving them a try. This is a locally owned company and as much as they strive for their own satisfaction on knowing they gave 110%, they want you to be satisfied with their work the most of all. I have never seen a company who honors their work like Fiber Clean. I will NOT use any other compnay to clean my floors or air ducts. The other carpet cleaners I have used in the past hire people who are only there for a pay check but Fiber Clean is there to make a difference and to provide top quality work. I give them a 10 out of 5 stars!! Thank you for all your company has done for us!!!

We have given them some challenging jobs when it comes to pet odors and stains, and they have never let us down. They have saved our owners thousands of dollars by cleaning carpet that many thought could not be salvaged.
