The company was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and showed up within the time frame they said (even texting to let me know their time schedule). The rates were very reasonable. Used Fiber Clean , Inc. for a move out carpet cleaning-- got back to me ASAP, showed up on time, wonderfully polite tech came over and explained the process. Will only be using them and will suggest them to everyone I know!! 10/10

The carpet was definitely clean, the spots are gone and they even removed paint spots from the carpet. Pretty impressive. Fair price, on time, easy to work with. Add an easy on-line bill pay interface or on-line scheduling for the fifth star. No complaints though! Will be my go to carpet cleaning co.
