I’ve used Norco now on a few different houses. They were always prompt each time. When you have a heat or ac problem you don’t want to wait. There were some minor issues with a few installs and they were back the next day each time to make things right.

On time, prompt, friendly, and pricing seemed fair. The tech was great and was courteous and informative when it came to our issue.

My family purchased a home from Markham in 2019. At the time, Norco was the contracted HVAC who also installed that instant hot water heater. This unit has now completely failed due to a malfunction with the coil. My husband went to file the warranty (15yr) with the company for the water heater where we were told it is denied because it was installed incorrectly per their guidelines that Norco had at install. We called Norco and they had a tech come out. My home with 2 small children has no hot water. The Norco tech came out and confirmed the heater to be compromised/failed and that per the measurements of the exhaust was in fact installed incorrectly. The office called my husband saying that since they have not serviced it, that it’s not their fault. In no contract does it say a homeowner cannot service their own unit.
The failure of the system would be covered under warranty if installed correctly which again, Norco stated they failed to do and yet will not replace the part or unit.
I would highly caution anyone, individual or company, to hire Norco. They are not a company of integrity, quality work, or any amount of honest customer service.

Norco was great to work with through my attempt at DIY furnace repair. Between Lynn(Len?) in the warehouse being very helpful, receptionist going the extra mile to make sure the tech found my house and quickly, and Adam the tech coming out and fixing my mistakes within 30 minutes. The staff is professional and educational, had a great experience!

Guy from Norco Heating came out to see why my Lennox iComfort thermostat was not working and told me the thermostat was “obsolete”. The problem is it was brand new 3 years ago and he tried to sell me another unit for $1,500. Once I told him that he backpedaled and tried to sell me another unit he happened to have in his truck. In my option they are NOT a good certified Lennox dealer and you should be very careful. Also, charged me $140 for his time to tell me my new, expensive, unit is now obsolete.

Had a great experience, from initial quote and detailed discussion of our needs, right through to installation where the crew asked detailed questions about the work to be done and where we wanted the wiring and pipes run. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The entire Norco team was nothing short of fantastic. Professional and courteous goes a very long way in a world that sometimes lacks it. I had them replace my furnace in 2022 and when my A/C had reached the end of its life I didn’t hesitate to call them.

We are very pleased with our heat pump and mini splits installed by Norco. Robert serviced our heat pump October 2025. He gave us a lot of good advice, answered questions and helped us winterize the tray underneath our heat pump.

My tenant called last week letting me know that his air conditioner had stopped working. I called Norco and was able to get a same-day appointment. The service tech came on time and seemed very knowledgeable in the way he quickly assessed the problem. The capacitor had gone out and he had the part on his truck and had it fixed within about 10 minutes. The whole process was very streamlined. The service call, part and repair was beet $300 with same day service. We’ve been working with Norco for 10 years. We’ve never had a problem with any of the service techs, but this one was definitely my favorite.

Paid $150 for someone to come out, look at our fireplace then tell us they don’t have access to those parts and left. Said they left a voice mail and that they tried ordering parts and couldn’t (no voicemail was left). We weren’t aware we were going to be charged $69 for the trip and $60 for labor. The trip fee makes sense but what labor? Next time maybe find out what unit the customer has and if your company can work on it BEFORE wasting everyone’s time and money.

We were extremely satisfied with our service technician, Montgomery. The company was transparent, skilled & addressed all issues quickly & had our heat up & running quickly. Highly recommend Norco!

Technician Robert came out to service my furnace and he was one of the most nicest people I have met in a long time. Very efficient, informative, made sure to see if I had any questions, went over the invoice and showed me the part he had to replace.
