They did a great job at a reasonable price when my pilot light went out. We had tried another contractor that charged a lot but didn't fix it. Semenik did it right and charged less. I used them again recently to service my furnace and was very pleased. I'd recommend to anyone (and I have recommended them several times to my friends).

We had Semenik HVAC install a new furnace and central A/C unit in our home. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy......and we couldn't be more happy with the job they did. They showed up when they said they would and stayed until the job was finished. My husband is a real estate broker and he has recommended Paul to several associates and they have all been very pleased with his service and fair pricing and will continue to recommend him!!

HVAC1 came out the next morning after I had two bad experiences with another company when my AC stopped working, they showed up on time and found out that the issue was not even what I was told before! which was great news, and cost about 1/3rd as I was going to have to pay with the other company which woudnt even have fixed it.

Henry was amazing! Knowledgable and reassuring, and figured out my problem right away and gave me all the info I needed to keep my AC working and a plan to ensure it stays that way. Cant say enough good things!

We had a new Coleman heat pump and air handler installed last week by Semenik HVAC. Our experience was very positive and the project was done right on schedule with no problems. Paul was always readily available and very responsive. Vitally is a very good technician with a great personality. We enjoyed working with both of them. We would be happy to give them a recommendation or talk to potential customers on their behalf. We are happy we chose them and like the Coleman equipment, which is working perfectly!

Contacted Semenik HVAC on a Thursday about a Mini Split install for my home....Mini Split installed that next Wednesday! Paul was great to deal with, and so were all his employees that I spoke with. Fit and finish of Mini Split was outstanding. Paul also took the time to explain how the system operated, and it's capabilities. Great attitude, very professional, and Military friendly!

Paul and the Semenik crew did a fantastic job on our HVAC and furnace installation. His team was timely, professional and did a great overall job. Our home had electric panel heating and our electricity bills were around $400. We just got our first bill on the new system and it was $35. I would recommend Semenik for these type of projects!

3 years ago, we were referred to HVAC1 as our previous provider was unable to provide services. It was a very fortunate referral. The office team was extremely helpful by helping me over the phone for a stop gap fix and was able to send out a technician quicky. I was also helped to know where to order the size filters we needed at a lower price that we had been paying. We have continued to call HVAC1 for our furnace & AC needs. They have not disappointed......

We’ve been using HVAC for 3+ years and have been more than happy with their services. Today, our technician Henry was very polite and professional. He went above and beyond the standard service call duties: he provided additional information to improve the efficiency and long term health of both my furnace and AC units. Great price, fast, no BS and very clean install, like they were never there.

So frustrating. Had a scheduled appt today and the company didn’t answer the phone when the technician called so he left and they don’t have enough resources to get someone back out. The next appointment is 3 days later. Said they would follow up with updates but no one did. I had to call twice to get any answers and there were no satisfactory answers. Just bought an extra 100 dollars worth of space heaters because of this delay. Would not use them if my insurance didn’t require.

as we were having trouble with our gas fireplace,it was turning off and not turning on correctly.
I had worked with Paul and HVAC1 on some new construction projects as a GC.
They were great to work with.
Paul sent out a technician and he did a full cleaning and inspection of the unit and discovered the switch was bad.
He asked if we would like to upgrade to a wireless remote.
Absolutely!
Technician was very fast and friendly and the invoice was very fair.

We just replaced our downdraft range hood and it needed to move the gas line. Under the range, there was no room and looked extremely difficult to reroute the gas line.
Henry was extremely professional from the beginning. He quickly understood what we needed done, no matter how hard it was. We were so very happy with his top-notch customer service and unparalleled quality work!! Thank you again Henry!! We would highly recommend him to anyone!!!!

The HVAC1 installation techs were great! This was a retrofit installation so there were kinks thrown into the process, but the techs were able to get it accomplished with all units working together. It happened to rain on the poor guys all morning, but they were real troopers and muscled through it. After installation of the new coil unit & additional required plumbing the original filter can no longer fit into position (this was no fault of the techs), just the nature of a retrofit. I will eventually fabricate a new exterior cabinet door with a built-in filter, to create a fully functioning filter system. All in all, I was extremely happy with their work. And compared to other local companies quotes, HVAC1 was very reasonably priced.

We couldn't have found a better company to help us get our AC working in the middle of a heatwave! Paul and Eric were so friendly, and did exactly what needed done quickly and at an honest price! We are so thankful to have found HVAC1, because if we need service in the future, we know exactly who to call and we know we'll be treated great! If you are in need of any of the services they offer, I would encourage you to use them as you will not be disappointed.

Quick quote was provided, I received a call to schedule service within a few days of signing. Things were going good so far, then to the install.
Michael was the absolute best installer for my mini split in our new addition.
He was very kind, efficient, and informative.
I loved the time he took to ensure that I understood the system and how to keep it well maintained.

I called and spoke with Marissa the day before yesterday and my pellet stove had quit. So I went to go turn on my furnace and it wasn't heating... so I gave them a call.

Marissa couldn't get anyone out the same day but she kept me in the loop with all their progress on getting someone out to my rural home... She even helped me through a hormonal melt down lol ( which is no picnic I assure you lol)

But Mike showed up about 1pm yesterday and it took him 7-8 hours but he traced down the problem and resolved it. While he was working on the furnace, the parts for the pellet stove arrived.

Mike was determined to make sure we had heat and had a great sense of humor... and last night as well as today I have a working furnace, a working pellet stove, and a very, very warm home. I am extremely happy.

Everyone I had contact with definitely went above and beyond and I am so very grateful. I would recommend them as a first choice every time.

I had an urgent work needed to be done , installing Wall Oven and Cook tope, and our cook top to come a little bigger than our granite cut, but carefully managed to cut the granite and installed it without any damage.
Fast respond, great work, know very well what they are doing, I highly recommend everyone to hire these guys.
