Our home air conditioner was not working and I had called another outfit, that I had used at my work, and they were 2 to 3 weeks out on coming out to do a diagnostic and were Very expensive. I found Revive online and saw the 5 star rating so I called. They were out to my home in North Spokane two days later! Darren was Amazing to deal with both over the phone, onsite, and in followup. I will definitely refer Revive to anyone I hear needs their kind of services!

I called at least 5 other places to get our AC unit repaired on the hottest days of the summer in Spokane. Our unit was leaking water all over. Daren called me back right away, was informative, friendly and professional. He was able to come out early the next day, which was two days earlier than any other company I called that actually responded to me. He knew what the problem was right away, fixed it quickly, it works great and looks like a clean/pro job. The entire time he was really informative and was great about answering all of my questions about AC/Heating and how we could get the most out of our system, or what work we might consider doing in the future. I will definitely call them back next time I need work done.

I've used Darrin several times and he's always been honest, hardworking and informative. He's nursed our older equipment along and kept it in great working shape. I would recommend him to anyone. He stays busy, but he's well worth the wait.

We had an awesome experience with the owner Daren and his apprentice from Revive. After an astronomical quote from another HVAC company we decided to call them up. Even though they were booked for weeks, they came by within an hour to help us out after their business hours. They ended up fixing our problem for a fraction of the cost. If you are looking for genuine, reasonably priced service then look no further.

My husband and I don't usually write reviews and we are not getting any kickbacks for writing this one. We have been trying to find locally owned companies and so when we needed a new A/C unit system to replace the 20 year old one that wasn't really working, we decided to check out Revive. The owner of the company, Daren, came in for a consultation, he was very respectful and great at explaining what size of unit would be best for our home based on how much sun hit he house, type of house, size of inside, duct work etc. He recommended a middle of the line unit. We were actually leaning more on a high end kind of unit. He explained SEER ratings to me over the phone, that I could buy a higher rating SEER unit from him but explained what the actual benefits between the different SEER ratings were and how Spokane during the summer really didn't need what you would need in Arizona and Texas. I liked that he left the option for us to purchase a more expensive unit on the table, but explained his reasoning to me of why he recommended a middle SEER rating unit. We went with his recommendation after his explanation. His quote for the unit, labor and parts was fair. I actually found a website messaging board for contractors that listed the manufactures cost of the unit he recommended and compared it to what he was asking. I think his total quote was very reasonable, especially with his level of service. To my surprise Daren came himself to do the installation. He and the man that Darren was teaching were very polite. They arrived on time, were thoughtful and didn't leave our house smelling like cigarettes. While removing the parts to our furnace system he took the time to show us the ins and outs of not just the AC unit but the furnace system and our ductwork. He explained how to properly maintain the system, how to use the AC most efficiently. We are first time homeowners that just recently purchased a fixer upper house and it was very helpful. He went above and beyond by cleaning behind and around our furnace unit, even the old dead mouse he found. All in all it was a great experience. We have had a bunch of contractors for various fix ups of the house and I have to say that Daren was one of the best we had. I would recommend him to my friends and when we eventually look into a new furnace he will be our first call.

Daren was a great guy to work with! He isn't pushy or trying to sell you, he is genuinely there to try and help.

I've had Daren come out twice and have nothing but good things to say about his service. He is thorough and detailed and his prices are fair. He does an excellent job and won't try to sell you something you don't necessarily need; he will give you the most cost-effective solutions. Revive will always be my first call for any heating/AC needs.

After calling many hvac companies and getting the run around to get a technician out to give us a quote on a new air conditioner Revive was easily the choice to make. First off they answered their phone! Second they showed up on time and provided a thorough inspection on our system and provided a recommendation on what would be the best replacement option. Out of the multiple offers we received from companies Revive was in the middle price wise. What made the decision easy to go with them was their timeliness, professionalism and knowledge. We ended up having them replace our furnace and install a new thermostat as well. When inspecting the furnace they informed us it was an older model and recommended a cleaning service but we should easily expect atleast a couple more years of service. We decided to replace it because they were already replacing the ac and we felt it might be beneficial to have both components be new so they can work efficiently and not have the furnace bite the dust when it's 5 degrees outside, I could tell she was tired based off of noises last winter. What truly impressed me with them was the fact that they didn't try to upsell us and they explained everything clear and precise to my wife. When my wife told him that we decided to go ahead and replace the furnace they were happy to hear because it was on its last legs but they didn't want to pressure us because of the obvious price that comes along with a new furnace on top of the ac we were already replacing. They sent in all of the warranty information and sent in all of the utility company rebate offers and we got those checks a couple weeks later. I can not recommend this company enough!

I have had issues with my very old furnace. Darren has been professional and up front about costs and the work done. Ultimately, the unit failed and we replaced it. Revive gave me a fair price and did top notched work. I feel very comfortable recommending friends to Revive for any work that needs to be done!

I had multiple companies come to give me a quote for a replacement of an old AC system. Daren was honest and informative. He never tried to pressure sell me on anything and I appreciated his professionalism. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was done perfectly, his prices are extremely competitive. This company is above and beyond, we are highly satisfied with our air conditioner installation! They worked as quickly as possible, were incredibly considerate - especially because I have two curious children who like to know everything that's going on - and cleaned up after themselves. His employee answered my questions and could not say enough praise for how Daren always treats the customer well and never rushes on a job, preferring instead to do it right the first time.

I originally called Daren a year ago when my furnace went out. I called him first thing in the morning and he was there withing 20 minutes. He got my furnace up and running and he explained every step and answered all my questions. Later in the year I called him in for a quote on a replacement. I received quotes from several different companies. Not only was Daren the least expensive, he also seemed the most knowledgeable and didn't try to over sell me a bigger unit. All the other companies did. He installed my new furnace and it is working great with amazing efficiency. It's worth the wait if he is backed up. You want peace of mind when it comes to home repairs like this.

I heard about Revive through a referral. And now I have recommended them to anyone that will listen! Darrin and Shane were wonderful. They did a thorough consultation...for no charge. They are friendly and honest guys that do wonderful work. I had them replace our AC unit as well as the furnace. Darrin was honest with me and did not try to sell me anything more than what was needed. That was a refreshing change from other companies I had come out. Our old AC unit was actually too big for our home, so we now have a more efficient unit that cost us literally thousands less than quoted elsewhere. Great company! Thank you, Darrin and Shane!

We just had Revive replace the furnace, thermostat and ac. These guys were wonderful! My home is more comfortable now. Daren did not try to upsell us on anything. He told us what was recommended and we went with it. Estimate wa back to us fast and less than what we expected. He was very prompt at calling back, and kind and polite. Best HVAC company in town. Very honest. Only company that doesn't want to oversell. Instead they actually weigh all the options and even leaned on fixing my equipment explaining why it would be more cost effective in the long run vs just getting a new system.

Seminik HVAC was very quick and responsive to diagnosing our office system. In this Heat Wave we had had our system burnt up and completely stopped working. Paul had a crew come out the very next day with parts and within 4 hours we were running back on schedule with A/C. Thank you for the excellent work and will be using again if needed.

this is a great team. Paul was quick to find out the very best product for our house. He noted that the system we were replacing was a 100k BTU system but was only 85% efficient. By providing an 80k BTU at 95% efficiency he was able to provide the same capabilities to our home and save us money. 5 stars well earned.

Installed mini-splits in the lower level of our home as well as additional duct work to our existing furnace system. Paul and his team are professional, trustworthy, and experts in their industry.
