We asked Sturm to service our electric fireplace. Wow! Excellent service! Prompt and thorough. Our technician, Bruce, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Without going into detail, Bruce went above and beyond. We are extremely pleased, both with the service and the value!

If a 6th star rating was possible, I would give them 7 stars.
I was extremely satisfied with their quick and very complete service. The area in which they installed my new furnace is not the most convenient space to have to move around large equipment. But they operated around the challenge smoothly and professionally. They also did a few small 'extras' that weren't necessarily on their original list. And it was those courteous personal touches that put them at the top of my recommendations list.
Plus they offer multiple financing options for budget-friendly solutions to buy new. A new furnace or A/C unit is likely more affordable than you imagine.

I apologize for being so late with this review, I've been very busy since my heater was repaired.

First, Bruce came out the day after I called to request an appointment, so that was great to get such a fast response. Second, he did a really thorough job with my heater and got it up and running in minimal time. He showed me all of the things that he fixed and also advised about future use and maintenance practices.

I appreciate the great work and also appreciate the very reasonable price. Sturm, you now have a customer for life, thank you very much!

I needed to have my boiler replaced. I was somewhat nervous about what that would entail and put it off until I couldn't . Winters coming... I did some shopping around and I am so glad I went with Sturm. They were so professional from the initial phone call to the end of the project. I was so impressed the with the Hvac team that worked in my house. They were on time, professionally dressed, and I had emails announcing their arrival with attached photos , I thought was a nice touch. The lead Hvac tech kept me informed on the progress and everyone on the team were very nice and I am sure were very good at their responsibilities.
And I am so pleased with the results ! they were able to give life back to some old idle radiators that hadn't worked for years. The house is cosy , the thermostats make sense and it's quieter than before.
They cleaned up and the old boiler was hauled away , and I was very comfortable with what it cost. Which of course was agreed upon before any work started.
I can see why they have been in business for so many years. I made a good call going with them. They were nice , very professional and did an excellent job , I am very grateful.

I just hired Sturm Heating to install a HVAC system after I received bids from 4 other HVAC contractors. I’m so glad I did!!! We had our heat go out on Monday. A technician came out on Tuesday. He was very pleasant and let us know that it could be costly just to diagnose our old furnace. I was given a quote and appointed for Friday. They were in today and did the install. I couldn't be happier with service we received. They were very respectful and very careful, including putting a tarp on the stairs and covers on their shoes. Would definitely recommend.

We needed to replace old water heater and called Sturm. We received a quote on price and brand. Travis came the next day, explained what he planned for the small enclosed furnace and water heater room. He drained and removed the old heater. He is very nice and efficient , also covered his shoes whenever entering our home. The old water heater was hard to light because of where it was positioned, so Travis relocated the new water heater. When he was finished heater installation Travis showed us what he had done and explained settings and how to relight, if necessary. We would definitely call Sturm again.

I was very pleased with Sturm's salesman Ronnie to the crew of installer's Channing, Travis and Billy. After receiving 4 different bids from other companies, Sturm won the bid, now only for price, but for the equipment I wanted (Navien Tankless Gas Water System). They were very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I will use Sturm for my go to company for other projects that may arise. Thanks again.

In January and February I had problems with my furnace, the guys who worked on it were outstanding and made me feel like I wasn’t pressured to buy a new system. I did decide go with a new furnace and the guys who installed it were great, made me feel like I was in good hands, answered all my questions. I would recommend Sturm to all my friends and family.

Ask for David. he’s a pro. He rewired and cleaned my furnace and even set up my nest. Great value for what he did. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Sturm.

Daren took care of us installing a new water heater. Gave us a great price and now my wife is happy with her full bath.

I called Revive to have them look at my AC after another company wanted to charge for a bunch of unneeded repairs up to $4000. The part I needed was $125.

Highly recommend this business! They are fair and honest. They installed my air conditioner and then came out when my heat broke. It was a simple fix so there was no charge! Great service and support!

I had Revive install an A.C. unit and cannot say enough good things about their service. I'm thankful they were able to correct a problem that was caused by the Viking Homes subcontractor not finishing the AC nstall on my newly constructed home. Even though it wasn't in the scope of work quoted., they went out of their way to help. I would highly recommend this compsny.
