Connor was on time, professional, kind, a good communicator and put up with my dog :) I loved that I got a text ahead of time from the company with a picture and profile of Connor. And I appreciated the follow up email with all of the pictures. Connor took as he did his work on our furnace. The whole process was easy and very reasonably priced.

Connor successfully quieted and fine tuned our new heat pump. He was professional and friendly. I recomend Holliday heating for their quality, timely and professional service. As this was the first maintance visit needed soon after the new unit was installed, the visit was free. This is a very nice service that Holliday provides.

Holiday membership is great - two free tune ups a year and a discount on filters. Alexander Bustos came out - he was super knowledgeable, kind, and an overall pleasure to have out.

Holliday was professional with all communication and scheduling. I wanted to go with a company that had a good reputation and I am happy with choosing them. Jessee was a knowledgeable technician and did a great job as well. I can't speak on price because didn't have time to have several quotes from other places (plus it wasn't a large job) but I felt that the pricing seemed about what you would expect for a larger company in the area. They will be my go to for AC and furnace related maintenance from now on.

Matt came to give me a second opinion on whether my furnace was broken and then an estimate on a new one. Matt was very professional and easy to talk to. It is clear that the company is very customer service focused and puts a lot of emphasis on being detail oriented. The bid they offered was the highest of the companies I interacted with, thus the one star knock, but the interaction was by far the best and most confidence building - meaning I had a lot better feeling that they would do a good job. So, the question is what you value more, price or service.

Jared came out to give me a quote on some electrical work. The price was great and he was able to start doing the work right away. I was very impressed and I highly recommend Holliday Heating, Cooling and Electric. Great price and great service.

A few years ago our furnace had issues. Another company told us it was going to die any minute and we should replace ASAP. Holliday came out for a second opinion. Much more realistic time frame and cheaper quote.

Then on Christmas eve this year our water heater went out. Holliday had a new one in by new years.

Great customer service and very responsive.

Connor did an exceptional job. He got our fireplace cleaned out and services and got it working again after a few years of it not working. He was thorough and explained everything to us in detail. We will definitely be using Holliday again in the future for any fireplace, electrical, etc. repairs.

Daniel and Holliday heating did a great job fixing our boiler. Daniel’s assessment was thorough and honest. He showed us exactly what the problems were and he took the time to explain in a way that made sense. He called the boiler company and investigated warranty information to make sure we made the best choices. Great experience. Will be using them for maintenance and anything we need in the future. Highly recommend!

The Condensate pump was blowing water everywhere when the furnace would come on. Joe Horn was a welcoming sight. Not only was he courteous, concerned and calming...he was like having a family member visit with smiles and easy conversation. He was quick and efficient and knowledgeable and we are very happy with job well done. He is a compliment to Holliday Heating!!!

My first time using this company. Very professional, good communication and a very fair price. Mike was our tech and did a great job. I had them do a gas fireplace service and it looks like new and runs great. I will definitely call them again.

We needed an electrician to come and take care of a lighting problem. Walter came and was thorough and efficient. His work made us feel safe. He explained what we needed to replace and we felt very confident and optimistic that the completed job will be perfect.

Updated: Walter completed the job with the help of a trainee. Both were so pleasant and we found having the same electrician coming to complete jobs is very efficient and reassuring. You build a trust. They were simply the best.

Updated: 6/2/25. Walter came back and expertly installed another fan/light in our foyer. It is split level and with his special ladder was easily able to do the job without any trouble. Again an excellent job completed.

Top notch service: from initial phone call by dispatch to the arrival and departure of technician: Nick Goss . Nick possesses all the qualities I would want from an employee if I owned Holliday. He is personable, very service oriented, extremely knowledgeable about HVAC, flawlessly professional and detailed oriented throughout the service. Very impressed with this company and looking forward to working with them in the future for bi-annual services.

Holliday Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and air conditioner (They offered a discount if we did the install at the same time.) after our furnace stopped working in December. They were on-time, professional, consultative, and very efficient. I especially liked that the technician had a device that gave all the options of furnaces and air conditioners so that I could see the price differences and benefits of each which made me feel that I was choosing the right one for my budget and needs.

I am so glad I decided to call Holliday for my furnace inspection and tuneup! My experience was beyond satisfactory. I was amazed with the detail and thoroughness of the service. Jory explained everything in depth while making it understandable to a nontechnical customer. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend them to my family and friends.

Amazing service!!! We have encountered some mishaps with our furnace shutting off and Jory truly went above and beyond. He was extremely friendly, professional and reassuring. Service was quick and reliable. Our furnace has been up and running since like brand new. Couldn’t be more happy 👍👍👍

I’m retired HVAC myself so definitely not an easy grader is putting it mildly. These guys did quality work that looked professional. Can’t recommend enough.

So,so happy!! We had a service tech come out to just do a maintenance check. The tech ( Jory ) showed up exactly on time and was extremely friendly and as it turned out very, very knowledgeable.
We now have a heat pump that works correctly ( it never did before hand). He also reset the fan speeds to accommodate the the numerous other changes he made.
Our house is now being heated efficiently and quietly.

Great service as always! Miguel the technician was right on time and certainly knowledgeable. I was looking for a quote on a significant electrical project at home to run power to my out building. He listened to what I needed, made great recommendations and educated me on key electrical issues. I will be using them for this project.

Daniel from Holiday heating is incredible! Knowledgeable and efficient. Went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. He literally saved us thousands of dollars by being able to fix our boiler, when two other companies had communicated that it had to be completely replaced. We will definitely use Holliday for all of our heating and electrical needs. Best call I’ve made since moving here.
