Nick arrived on time to perform maintenance on my HVAC and heat pump. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped determine I had an issue with my thermostat not connecting to my WiFi. He went above and beyond to try and resolve an issue with my thermostat.
Overall-extremely satisfied with the service he provided and the friendliness from all the staff that I have talked to. Highly recommend using Holliday Heating!

Alex from Holiday Heating and Cooling was excellent. Great service. Explained everything to me and kept it simple so I could make the best decision for the parts I needed. Gave me time frames for all the work so that I could continue to do what I needed to do.

Holliday heat/cool/electric has given us 2 services in this house now and both times we were very happy with their work. They are thorough and don’t rush quality work and will explain each finding or issue even if you need some stuff repeated if like me, you don’t know HVAC like the back of your hand.
Many service technicians and even whole companies will constantly be balancing good work with speedy times and being squishy on prices or future service/equipment needs. From the 2 Holliday techs I’ve worked with, Steven a few years ago and Jory today, I found them very informative and effective at communication and the hands on work. They aren’t cutting corners or checking their watch to hurry up, they’re understanding the situation, diagnosing/repairing/documenting any issue, then explaining it well and then reviewing solutions whether that’s work today/future or new equipment or work in the future.
Jory used a camera system to examine and then show me each rivet/weak points in my heat exchanger among many other points of inspection. He explained what the options are and completed the rest of the work on the furnace and AC. I appreciated his thorough work and you can tell he’s a very kind guy and hardworking technician. I’ll be calling them again for any follow up work so I know it’ll get done whatever I need, first try and not skipping any due diligence.

Zak and his team were very informative and thoughtful on there approach to installation of our new furnace and ac. Took time to explain things when I had questions. I would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with my technician, Nich Goss. Super professional, friendly, and went above and beyond in answering questions I had about my system in general. He gave me pointers on ways to improve efficiency and get more output and even gave me advice on how to become an HVAC tech!

Would highly recommend these guys for your home and their system “tuneup” is very reasonably priced.

Technician “Alex” was very professional, friendly and personal. He worked quickly and efficiently. He explained clearly everything he did.

Call in was answered promptly, scheduled for the same day. Connor contacted us prior to arrival, listened closely to us describe the issue. He set to work to find a difficult wiring problem, took extra care to wear shoe covers and explain each process he was undertaking. Easy to talk with and very knowledgeable.

Jory was fantastic! Give this guy a raise and keep him happy because he'll make whomever he works for rich. He was on time, communicative, respectful, clean, and thorough. Would highly recommend and Holiday is now my go to HVAC provider.

Holliday heating just installed a mini split hvac system, amazing guys, did a fantastic job. I had several estimates and the reason I chose Holliday is their knowledge and expertise in this area, other contractors tried to get me into and 18k unit which would not have done the job I needed, they explained to me that a 30k unit was necessary to accomplish my goals and here’s the best part, I only paid an extra $300 for almost twice the power , all I can say…CaLL Holliday!! You won’t regret it!

Konnrad was great! He wasn't pushy about any sales which was really nice. He helped me understand the benefit of one unit over another. I had a quote from another company last week, which price wise was actually a little bit lower. But thanks to Konnrad being so patient and informative, I feel more confident going through Holliday for my HVAC needs despite the cost being a little bit higher.

The service person was very professional and honest. The office, not so much. I signed up for their $99 tune up special, then my furnace had an issue so I called to change it to a repair. They ended up charging me for BOTH the tune up and the (very high) diagnostic fee even though the gal said they basically do the same thing during the diagnosing process. I was under the impression the tune up was canceled (since they canceled that appointment and changed the date to when a repair tech could come). I called to discuss the charges and she wouldn't budge. Additionally, the part was more than double what I've paid for a capacitor before but I just wanted it done so I agreed - $211 (+tax). The total cost was near $500... to replace the capacitor. ($139 diagnostic fee AFTER a $50 discount for waiting over a week for an appointment, plus $99 tune up, plus $211 part, and then tax) VERY DISAPPOINTED. I won't EVER use Holliday Heating again!!!

Super friendly and high quality service. Their technician, Daniel, is a really knowledgeable guy and was able to talk us through what was going on. He gave us really honest advice, he was patient with his work, and it didn’t feel like a sales pitch when he was going over the issues, and got us up and running! We’ll be using them again.

Ryan (sales man) was honest, reasonable, kind, and down to earth. Very helpful as I was picking out a new furnace and air conditioner. Ryan (HVAC specialist) spent 9 hours at my home updating everything and we was kind, respectful, and did great work

These guys are great! I made a mistake and missed our first appointment. They rescheduled, showed up on time (again), and did a wonderful job installing my new thermostats! Will definitely call them next time I have an HVAC job. Thanks Nich!

Super quick response and repair! Jessee was awesome. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and my furnace is fixed!!! Yay! 10/10 recommend. Going forward, we'll be giving our business to these guys for all our HVAC needs.

Dry pleasant and knowledgeable. Grateful that it was the same person that service my system in January so he knew exactly was needed to fix the problem. Just needed to adjust the settings so it is working exactly as it should.

Outstanding communication, punctuality, and work. The notice of the technician inbound provides customers with sufficient notice to prepare, i.e. put pets away, open gates, etc. Arriving within the projected one-hour window is appreciated as many businesses provide a two- or four-hour range, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, prepared, and professional. Floor covering were placed from the point of entry to the installation location, another sign of a high-quality business. The water heater installation was faster than I anticipated and the area was perfectly clean upon departure. For those desiring a high quality, fairly priced, and professional job, I highly recommend Holiday.
