Alban acted the problem in split system very quickly and correctly attached the vanes, Told him as I had told other techs for R&R basement area always seemed. Went into crawl space and found duct work was not corrected- no one else had seemed willing to explore to that extent. If I can get Alban will continue to work with R&R. Karl was delightful and super courteous. He did a wonderful job and got my fireplace working like new! 10/10 would recommend.

Josh was very knowledgeable about our furnace system. Tried to fix it but it was 23 years old. Perrin stepped in and suggested a new furnace would save us money in the long run. A week later Jared and his team mate installed our new furnace. They were very clean and did not leave a footprint on the floor. They put down tarps to protect the carpet and hardwood floors. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

What an incredible company. Installed my first furnace 23 years ago and have not changed their customer service. Impeccable and caring company.

R&R heating and air conditioning is a good company their secretary was very accommodating, rates are reasonable. Alban was prompt, clean and efficient he answered all our concerns and questions was very professional honest and ethical. We will definitely use them again

Tom from R&R did a great job! He was courteous and professional. He communicated prior to our appointment to let me know when he was on his way. He explained in detail what he was going to do before the installation of our water heater and he was efficient and timely with the installation, leaving no mess to be cleaned up afterward. He answered all my questions. Thanks for the great service!

Josh came out and serviced our furnace and humidifier. Super friendly, respectful and informative on our system. We have been using R&R for several years, including a full system upgrade and the service and price is great.

We had Tom Sanderson install a new hot water heater!
We had Tom add an ActiveFlow unit to the top of the tank! it’s a small round chrome unit that conditions water; it’s for scale prevention!
Our Valley water is so hard this unit will increase the life of our tank by eliminating scale!
The whole installation happened within two hours!
You’ll see photos of the Rudd tank with a small expansion tank and the chrome ActiveFlow unit!

Dylan did a great job of tuning up our furnace. He also showed us the proper way to drain the water heater. He was nice & very professional.

The crew came out on time. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They came out to do a system check on my 47yr old furnace. They did various system checks and cleaned it. Overall, they gave it a thumbs up and billed me for $9.00. It was a special I signed up for at Home Depot in CDA. I was very happy with their service! Shoutout to Zack and Gabriel!

Everyone was great, from start to finish. We had a new furnace/ac/thermostat install. All involved with our service were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were very pleased.

We had Jeremy and Kyler come out and they did a phenomenal job with installing our mini split! He was super easy to make the best plan on where to put the outside unit and wire it! They were both super professional and not a bother! I work from home and they were respectful of that!! Keep up the amazing job and thank you for your hard work!! I hope Cougar sees this and appreciates all the hard work the technicians do! Kyler just wanted to say good luck on your training down the south ID!!! Fantastic job!

The $200 was to cover damages to my siding. I would not be able to get that fixed with $200. As you can't find that siding any more. Just getting someone out here to do the work would cost more than $200 not counting material. I had to have another technician come out to fix the mini split head inside but he did not address the issues outside so I will be attaching a picture of what he fixed that was left.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY WORST SERVICE.

The quality of service has not been good they left a mess around my house and in my house. They used my personal ladder cause the crew that came out did not have a ladder I do not recommend them. They were suppose to come out today almost a year later and I never got a call from them and they have missed their time window and wasted my time. I attached pictures so people can see the quality you get with this company. This is what 22k will get you.

Better company to go with is bills heating better price and better service as I had another family member use bills heating and spent less and they came out after install and checked their quality and made sure they were happy with their service.

Diagnostics & repair were done by Gunner, Zane, & Dillon over 3 weeks' time. The replacement & installation of the entire HVAC system was professionally done by Trevor, Kieran, & Chase. All of these guys were very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. We highly recommend Cougar Heating and Air Cooling.

The technicians who came out were clean, polite, and quick to get in and get out so we could get back to our shenanigans. They were also very careful and watchful of our cats and that we have two that don't exactly get along. They tolerated supervision from our calico cat. As people who have lost a pet due to careless technicians, this meant a lot to us, and we didn't even mention this to them. They had quick response time as well to get the process started, from the call to schedule the appointment, the person who came out to assess the situation, the person who came out next to set everything up and then service.

I had a great experience with Cougar Heating. The technician Zane, was extremely professional and efficient, getting everything done quickly without cutting any corners. Also, very patient in explaining the services, making sure I understood what was being done and why. Excellent customer service all around, I highly recommend Cougar Heating!

I called Cougar to replace my water heater because they were the ones that replaced my furnace and AC unit 3 years ago. Although we hit a couple of snags they handled it professionally, took ownership of the issue and stayed until it was the way I needed it to be. What started out to be a 2 hour job ended up being 4 and a half hours. I don’t fault the company or the installers because they fixed it right away and didn’t try to reschedule. In the end, I am very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Dylan promptly arrived to the appointment that we had set. He was personable and professional. He wore disposable booties in the house and started work immediately to analyze the working of the furnace and water heater. We then went outside and made sure that the air conditioner was working properly. He left me a detailed service order on the HVAC. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Cugar Mechanical.

Zach through Cougar Heating & Cooling was fantastic! He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was very transparent about the information that he could give me. He was able to answer my questions, and was able to get me scheduled to meet someone who can discuss our furnace replacement parts and pricing. 5 star rating!

Chase came by was gave exceptional service! He was very informative and helpful! I just bought our home and will have many major projects coming up. You can bet if everyone at Cougar is like Chase, they will be our partners as we turn house into our home!

Technician was polite, resourceful and efficient. We have used Cougar for the past two years to service our HVAC and have been very satisfied with their work.

I think his name was Zane. When I greeted him at the door and he introduced himself. I immediately noticed he had shoe covers with him. Being a retired HAVC service technician myself and knowing what a pain they are I told him not to worry about putting them on, inspite my telling him he still said he was going to wear them anyway. After explaining to him what my concerns were he immediately formulated a service plan I stopped back and just watched him work. I was pleasantly surprised with the skills he was demonstrating.
