I needed a second opinion after another company came out to do a sponsored service to my furnace- you know, the kind that gets them in the door and then try to sell you something. The technician that came out heralded impending doom and my furnace (which has never had a single hiccup) had moments left until it shut down.
The technician sent out by R&R was thorough and so courteous. He said my furnace has NONE of the issues “identified” by the crooks in the pink trucks and some of the things they were supposed to service they didn’t even touch. Finally, they didn’t charge me a dime. I am so relieved and grateful. This local business has my lifetime allegiance!

Josh discovered there was another problem with the furnace after fixing the first issue. He went above and beyond to get the 2nd part needed delivered quickly and to get the furnace completely repaired. RnR will always be my first choice and I highly recommend you use them.

I’m sure that the cost of repairs is ridiculous everywhere.
I’m sure they’re not the only ones. But when I have to pay twice as much for labor than the part cost, and by the way, it was under warranty It does not make me a happy camper. especially the fact that this is the second major part that I have replaced in my carrier furnace that was just put in, in 2022. First time was 18 months after it was put in and this is about 44 months. Service has been great that’s not been a problem. I just feel like I’ve had two major problems with it and had to pay the first time to have the part shipped and then just for the labor to install a part this time, of course, I understand there has to be a fee to have The problem diagnosed. I just want to make sure that everybody knows that Karl and Braden were excellent and very thorough. The girls in the office I’m very professional and helpful and always friendly,except for Sarah. I think she’s an AI Or a set up recording that only knows a few commands, I don’t think she is a real person. If she is, she doesn’t listen

Brian, from R&R heating did a wonderful job on our new heat pump. both the guys here were polite , professional and knowledgeable they were here on time and finished as promised, price was extremely competitive. would not use anyone else but R&R

Karl was timely, and systematically solved the issue with hot water restored in the most direct manner. I appreciate R&R as a company. All of my experiences have been similar with knowledgeable, practical service members who address the issue in a straightforward and honest manner. They are a model for good service in a time when that can be a scarcity.

Karl Beaty did a great job replacing our igniter switch on our furnace. After multiple attempts at trying to fix it ourselves, he got it fixed and installed right away. We finally have heat and we are so happy. Karl was friendly and nice. Highly recommend R&R and Karl.

From start to finish my experience with R&R was fantastic. Emily assisted in making my yearly service appointment. She also answered several of my questions.
The communication with R&R was great. I received text and emails about upcoming appointment. Was notified with a call from the technician that he was on his way. And also received text and email with technician photo and name from the company.
Alban arrived and once again my questions and concerns were answered and addressed.Alban explained what was done and offered advice.
I like the fact that I will receive notifications for Spring tune up and that I can request the same technician.

R&R installed my furnace and A/C unit a few years ago and did a great job. I use them for my maintenance as well. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and get the job done in a timely manner. I will recommend and keep using them.

R & R is good keeping in touch as to date and time a person will be here. Also sending a picture and name as to who our service rep will be. Today, Robert, serviced our furnace making sure all is in order. He was on time. Very nice and friendly. He was thorough and quick servicing our furnace. For as quick and easy as it was to service (about 15-20 minutes) I was a little surprised it cost so much. I miss the $99.00 dollar specials. I guess it is what it is. All is well. Thank you

We’ve enjoyed the great service from R&R for many years now. When there’s a problem, they come out, they find it and they fix it. This most recent service call posed a bit of a challenge for them. It was an intermittent problem, the hardest kind to troubleshoot. But they kept at it until they got it! Karl, Colby and Greg - We can’t thank you enough for the great work and persistence.

I had two other hvac companies come out to diagnose my furnace and ended up wanting to sell me a brand new system for 17k. West was able to accurately assess my needs through imperical evidence and data to assure me that my furnace was totally fine and safe to operate. Can't recommend West and R&R enough! Thanks for saving me tens of thousands of dollars guys!
