Taylor came out to service our heat pump. He was supremely helpful, showing us things that needed immediate care and items that could be safely deferred. We had several questions about our system that he did a great job explaining to us.

Had a tuneup done on the furnace, tech Gabriel was super helpful. Answered a ton of questions and made me and the wife feel like we walked away from the service with every penny's worth plus some. Awesome job

Taylor swapped out our thermostat for one with remote capability and serviced our system with superior excellence. He was thorough, efficient, and very knowledgeable. We appreciated his kindness while helping us. We recommend him at above 5 stars.

I had trouble with my electrical panel which left me without heat. The customer service representative was friendly and efficient. She located a field technician who was able to squeeze me in the same day. I know this can't always happen, so I would have been content with her willingness to even try to restore my service the same day. They called a little later to give me an estimate as to when the technician would arrive. The technician, Eric, arrived on time and promptly put on booties. He quickly troubleshooted my issue and had my furnace up and working again. As a woman alone, Eric’s professionalism and knowledge put me completely at ease. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any electrical needs.

Taylor was so awesome!!! Had Cougar, with the bright pink trucks out for a special and Tech Taylor found some other little problems.
Being on a fixed income Taylor and the company worked with us on a better (great price) so thank you management as well.

Gabriel was great as our tech doing our furnace tune-up. He was very nice, conscientious, and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. He explained everything he did and found as well. I got the $39 furnace tune up special. I don't care for the way the company does sales with a sales person that has never installed units. He just had glossy brochures with very little info but very big prices.

Gabe Couch came to us for a tune-up and he was professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing to our unit and options down the road for replacement of our older unit. All service professionals should have Gabe's positive and helpful attitude. We will definitely continue to use Trademark Heating as our go to heating and cooling service!

Very thorough, thoughtful, and reliable across the two service appointments we’ve had with them. On the second appointment, Taylor gave a helpful & detailed rundown on the exact issues at hand, and different options available. We initially had a gas leak & couldn’t use our furnace, so they let us borrow some heaters overnight to help, free of charge, thanks!

Taylor was great! He was very knowledgeable and informative during the service. He was great to talk to while performing the service both in a professional manner as well as a personable manner, didn't feel awkward having him in my house. Best thing is he wasn't pushy about their offers and I didn't feel like I needed to buy more because he was there albeit he pointed out some things to watch for in the future to prevent major repair needs.

Our tech seemed to know his stuff. Unlike the 3 previous techs Gabriel did not make us think we were crazy. The others told us our heating was working fine in the master bath. We knew it wasn’t but could not convince them otherwise. We are hoping after numerous calls for help, it is fine now. We will see.

i got a heck of a deal on some great service. they were running a special but i also had questions for upgrading my equipment and the technician explained everything about it in a surprisingly understandable manner. they were very professional and everything. i have a lot more confidence in my system now.

Trademark Heating, Cooling & Electrical just replaced my old LPG hot water tank with a new one, in my Modular home. Their tech Mark, and crew, did a great job. The old tank that was removed was not installed correctly (privious DIY owner), these guys pointed out the deficiency and made sure it was done right, I really like that. They were polite, respectfull, knowkedgeable and their finish work looked great.

We ended up with the wrong size furnace that was installed in our new home. We have struggled with it for several years and finally had to call someone. We called Smith Heating and they came right out. Unfortunately the original installation was 100% wrong. We now have the correct size furnace, we had to add another cold air trunk, added extra heat vents and all new heating ducts. We also had to replace our air conditioner as it was also not the correct size.
After the initial inspection Mr. Smith came out and did a thorough assessment and gave us a plan to make our system right. We approved the quote and couldn’t be happier. Their communication is very good along with their follow through. The service installers were excellent and very thorough. Our job site was absolutely cleaned after every visit.
Smith Heating was recommended to me and I absolutely will call them any future work I might need, an excellent company to work with.
