The technician was polite and thorough in servicing our furnace. He took great care to clean it up after a few years of neglect and provided pictures and explanations of his assessment. Great price and we did not need additional parts or repairs. He complimented the condition of our >30 yr old furnace. Gabriel Couch came out at 7:20 pm and stayed until past 9 pm. I had smelled some natural gas in our utility room and he was very precise and detailed and found the culprit, a leaking valve. He is very experienced and also very friendly and willing to explain what he is doing. He did a thorough job checking to make sure nothing else was leaking gas. He truly cares about the customer's interests and safety and let us borrow space heaters for the night. He had a great attitude even though he was working late. Thank you, Gabriel!

Super fast same day arrival for an electric issue in my home. Our tech was professional and personable. He worked quickly and effectively. Also a decent price for same day!!

Our tech Gabriel was extremely kind and courteous. He was very detailed in our after service summary, going through everything and really explaining it all. He did a great job. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the thoroughness. He first asked a lot of questions to find out what our issues were. He then showed us a list of things he would check out. Once he was finished, he went over his findings with pictures of possible issues. He also cleaned inside the furnace of the residual dust. He also showed us a way to save money on inspections and air filters.

It couldn’t have been easier to book an appointment. The turn around time was impressive, the technician was extremely polite and did a great job! We will definitely use Trademark again and will suggest to all our friends and family.

Gabriel arrived to perform a tuneup on our furnace. In our doorway, he introduced himself while putting on shoe covers then handed me a checklist of what he would be looking at. When he completed, he walked me through the results. There was one concern he had and he gave me some pointers on what I could do to mitigate it. He was very professional and thorough. I was very appreciative of his service. I would not hesitate to call Trademark Mechanical for any heating or cooling needs.

Eric and Josh were great! They did an excellent job communicating Not only with me, but with my landlord about what the issue is and what the next steps we’re gonna be, they worked hard at finding the source of the problem and fixing it and we’re also a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend this company and used to workers. They were great good job guys.

Eric was great! He was able to figure out some light switch and outlet issues pretty quickly and got it resolved. Was also happy to answer some questions along the way so that I’m better ready to handle some minor things on my own.

One note: the AI customer service on the weekend was a little frustrating. It scheduled me for a time that they couldn’t hold.

Robert M did a great job, in and out but thorough at the same time for our move out service. Will be using trademark again in the future for hvac services. They were also able to get us an appointment that fit our scheduling needs.
