Just wanted to commend 3 Legacy employees for their professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service. Jerry Dumas made a presentation of what products and services are available with clear and concise descriptions. He also found the best package and financing option suitable to what I need. He was quite helpful and accommodating throughout the AC replacement set up and scheduling process. Next are John Cadena and his younger brother who were responsible for the actual removal of the old and installation of the 2 new ACs. They were quite capable and efficient in completing the task at hand with what could have been a 4 man job. They were neat and organized, exceeding expectations. They are true assets to Legacy Heat and Cooling. Well done guys! Keep up the good work! ☺️

I had a heating issue with my air makeup system.
Legacy sent out a TECH (Levi) the next morning. He gave me a courtesy call before showing up, he was very knowledgable, and had our system up and running properly in no time,
along with kindly answering all my questions.

I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely, positively can't say enough nice things about our companies experiences with Legacy.
We signed up for their annual inspections for our Mitsubishi midways. They are on top of it! I called today to set up our inspection, and they were able to send Tim out right away.
He was so thorough and took the time to not only clean up after himself, but also made sure all our heating/cooling was perfect.
It is such an relief to have a company like this, with responsive, knowledgeable people like Tim, serving our communities.
We are going to continue using Legacy for our heating and cooling needs because of the amazing customer service and results we get every time we use them. A++++ times infinity and beyond!

Legacy came out to my place of work where we’ve had ongoing issues with never getting the building as cool as it should get. Multiple other companies insisted everything was fine and that it was operator error. Josh with Legacy tracked down major issues that were either overlooked or ignored and resolved them. I was very impressed with his ability to explain how it should work, what was wrong, the process to make it right. He worked in our attic in almost 100 degree weather for two straight days and we are so grateful. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately I don't recall the co-owners name that did did are furnace annual checkup but he was professional, friendly & provided good information on what he was doing and why. In regards to pricing we used our Fidelity Home Insurance coverage so cannot speak to pricing as questioned below.

They were awesome! I called because my Gas Fireplace would not light and they showed up the next week, I have never been able to find anybody who will come and service this fireplace because I did not buy it from them. I finally found someone and they are great! No upselling, it was a simple fix and they got it done quickly. Thank you for coming through for me, Bigfoot! OK

Montgomery was professional, courteous, accurate in good assessment and efficient in his solution for my needs. Id hire him again on a heartbeat.
My AC was out and he quickly identified the issue and was quick to solve it.

My heater also went out and he was able to evaluate the problem and get it back up same- day. He's training Colin so you know the new hire will also be good. Couldn't be happier with their professionalism and work ethic

These guys were fantastic! They were friendly and professional, and they came in and solved the problem immediately. Their phone service in setting up the appointment and following up with reminders was fabulous. Highly recommend!

My furnace went out and they squeezed me into their schedule so it could get fixed. Colin came and was great. He was very friendly and answered lots of my questions. He was able to figure out what was wrong, get the part, and come back the same day to get it fixed. I am very thankful for his commitment to get my furnace working!

The response time was great. Andrew was professional and did a great job walking us through the new thermostat.

Montgomery did an excellent job fixing our furnace. Very professional and communicates well. Even took shoes off or covered them when in the house which my wife loved! Bigfoot was easy to work with in general. We have Old Republic home protection and they seemed to work pretty seamlessly together. Would recommend if looks for HVAC service!

Excellent service on our gas fireplace! Collin worked hard to find the problem & and solved it. Much better than previous companies! He also helped us find much less expensive lights online, which we ordered!

I could not have found a better company to replace my 40 year old HVAC.
