I am very pleased with the entire process of repair for our ac system. Everything from the initial call for help to the actual repair process. Diane and Scott both were helpful and very personable.

Jason Conley came out to my place and checked my AC unit. Found out it needed to be completely replaced. Jason is one of the most reputable, honorable people i know, and has the utmost integrity as well.

Needed a roof vent installed to properly vent my bathroom fan. They were responsive and got me on their schedule very quickly. Will be using again for heating/cooling service!

Excellent service! Jason was amazing at helping us and making sure we got everything taken care of. I literally didn't have to do anything. Definitely recommend their service. Professional and respectful.

What could have been fixed for $20 resulted in 3 different service calls, days without heat and over $900 in costs. It was only after speaking to other reputable companies that I realized that this company was only guessing what was wrong until they finally got it right. Unfortunately they started with the most expensive parts first. Which by the way was excessively overpriced compared to other companies. I wonder if I can charge them for the troubleshooting and work they had me do while they instructed me by phone? Just because they have a Jesus Fish on their bumper and "God Bless" on their invoice it does not make them honest.

Called them about an issue I have with my furnace. I let them know my furnace was blowing cold air after about 15 mins of blowing warm air. They said “sounds like a flame sensor”, they cleaned my flame sensor and said it should work now. My furnace was still not working so I had another company come out and they were at my house for an hour or more and explained to my dad what could be wrong and explained to him how to fix it. I don’t feel like time was taken to see if it could be another issue.

Our technician Eric walked us through every part of the necessary repairs and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He was professional and knowledgeable. Truly a pleasure to work with a company we trust.

Nice guys but was a little disappointed at some of the quality of the work - they installed a significant amount of new ductwork in my basement and a lot of it was not sealed well at all. I can put my hand next to the plenum and feel air blowing out and see holes where they did not put any duct sealant, so I had go back in and redo some of the work to seal it properly. I also felt like I explained the work I needed done quite clearly when getting a quote, but wound up being told later I needed to pay several hundred extra dollars for what I asked for. Overall, they were decent but wouldn't hire again.

I recently had a new gas line run for my stove and I can’t say enough about Advanced!

The front office was highly responsive and I always felt like a property.

The crew was so easy to work with and knowledgeable. There were a couple instances of some confusion between the county inspector/Avista/Advanced that caused some inconvenience on Advanced’s part and they handled it like a dream!

10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

Awesome company. I have used them several times for my real estate clients as part of inspection negotiations. Several servicing and several repairs. One time they came with just a few hours notice and installed a new thermostat. Top notch.

I put in a work order with our rental company when our furnace suddenly quit on us. They called Advanced Tech who called us immediately after.
Jason was here within a couple hours. He figured out the problem right away and got the needed part right after. Now I get to write a review in a nice toasty home not 4 hours from when I first spoke with them!
I also really appreciate Jason taking the time to explain how the system works and what exactly went wrong :)

I was very pleased with the service I received. They fixed the problem quick and got our AC back on. Brantley was very professional very easy to talk to and explain stuff to me and a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Brantley for other jobs for people.

Highly recommend for any of your HVAC needs. Great company who takes pride in what they do. I have used them several times not only for my personal home but as a general contractor. Fair and honest as they come.

VERY VERY expensive HVAC company. $380 for a 10 minute job that I had already diagnosed and told the contractor about. When I asked about the pricing for this I was given a long, and frankly very rude, list of the office duties and reasons why they all need to get paid as to why they are charging me $200 for a $50 part. I am not an HVAC expert by any means, so instead of taking the chance of hurting myself or my home, I called for help and was charged an OUTRAGEOUS amount. I know how businesses work and I know people need to paid - I really did not need to response I was given by Bri Harding.

We just had Jason and his crew install a new AC unit on our home, couldn't be more pleased! Eric and Scott (If i can remember their names correctly) came out for the install, very professional. They were on time and were quick to answer any questions my wife or I had. I will be recommending them and will use them for any and all future AC/Furnace needs in our home.

We had a big job that needed immediate attention and followup. They worked very hard to complete our job to get us hot water. Then they needed to come and install a holding tank. It was not delivered by a trucking company as promised, but Jason and his team did get it installed that same day!
They are terrific and pricing was much more reasonable and timely
than another company we received a service and quote from!
