Colin came to check out my air conditioner today. I appreciated the fact that they responded so quickly.
He was very polite and very knowledgeable about my issue. I would call them again if I had the need.

First time home owner and our AC went out on a 90° day. Our first call to them was full of advice for what we can do prior to them being able to make it out to our house. When Colin showed up he was honestly just the best, he was able to fix our AC in less than an hour, which was amazing. If we ever need any HVAC again, this will be our first call.

Our gas fireplace valve was fixed due to a small gas leak. Both Cole and Colin came out and did a thorough check of the gas lines and made sure to communicate the process of what needed to be done to get everything up to par. They also texted, communicating they were on their way (which every customer LOVES). Once the valve was fixed, they also cleaned and inspected the fireplace for me that same day, which was amazing since we were on a tight schedule to get our home sold. I feel confident the new owners will have a wonderful working fireplace for future use, thanks to Bigfoot Heating and Cooling.

These guys were awesome! They gave great service from beginning to end. They ensured I was taken care of, and completed the requests I had for relocation. I couldn't have asked anyone else to do the job timely and efficiently. If I had any questions or issues, they addressed it asap! I recommend them to anyone! Colt is amazing and got the ball rolling. They came out Monday. Got the parts Tuesday and worked me in on Wednesday! Great communication. Kept me updated on all of it. I highly recommend them! 5 stars!

Colin and Cole were great to work with. AC quit working, which was under home warranty. Colin came out and spoke directly with Fidelity home warranty to let them know what the issue was. Although it took a while for Fidelity to get the paperwork processed and part ordered, Cole was great with communication and kept me up-to-date on status. Once Bigfoot had the estimated date for delivery, Cole called and got me on the books for the repair.
