Fantastic service! I highly recommend this company. I had other companies try to upsell me with replacing the fireplace insert when the gas leak was actually caused by a loose wall valve. Fireplace was fine. No gas smell. Thank you so much!!!

We had a small gas leak in our furnace which caused our furnace to switch off. We awoke to a freezing cold house! Bigfoot Heating & Cooling came that day, fixed the problem and we had a warm house by the afternoon! Andrew was professional and knowledgeable. He was careful and double checked the pipe connections to ensure we did not have any gas leaking! Highly recommend!!

Amazing guys to work with. Home warranty as usual took its time, but Colin and Cole were great with communication and always kept us in the loop. Installation and assessment was all a breeze and even after one minor hiccup from installation, Colin was out right away the next morning and had it fixed immediately. Would highly recommend these guys and I know I'll be back if I have any issues.

Very reliable. Very honest. Saved us thousands. We were told by a large company that we needed to replace our a/c unit. That wasn't the case. Colin was able to fix our unit for a small fraction of what it would be to replace it. It runs like new!! We highly recommend using and supporting this local, small business. Amazing experience! I am pregnant, have two toddlers, and my husband is deployed and they took care of us! Their communication was constant and clear, they went above and beyond! Andrew fixed our fireplace while on hold for parts so we wouldn’t freeze in the meantime, Cole pushed for approval with our home warranty company in order to get our heat working same day, and they had the parts we needed! I would recommend them to anyone who asked!

Experience working with Bigfoot was excellent. They communicated effectively and often, moved us earlier when they had a cancellation, and their tech was on time and effective. Courteous, professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. Didn't look for opportunities to make us pay more, but let us know of optional services if we were interested. Very helpful, will be back!

Update Jan 2025: Worked with a new tech from Bigfoot, and he also was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He helped me a lot with working through my home warranty provider to get parts replaced for no cost to me. Loved it!

Bigfoot installed a new furnace for me and could not have been better. When my home warranty company gave me some trouble, Cole and Colin worked tirelessly to ensure everything got done correctly and quickly as possible. Andrew and Kyle were so kind and professional during the install. Will absolutely be calling them in the future for any HVAC needs.

Taylor Higgins was my technician that performed all the services on my furnace and while he was doing it he was explaining to me what the parts were, what they did and how to tell if something is wrong. Shaun came out earlier than anticipated thankfully. Probably the kindest most heartwarming man I have ever met. Shaun is extremely sincere and knowledgeable. He helped me identify the problem as well as educate me on some other issues I had not noticed, and if left unnoticed would have caused detrimental irreversible damage to my home. Shaun provided multiple options on how to go about the repair, really trying to do what is best for me rather than the company. I applaud you Shaun, the company is lucky to have you.

Simple to book and received excellent communication about arrival. Fantastic and knowledgeable technician that was considerate and thorough. My system is actually almost 50 years old and he cleaned it up, showed me where it may be beginning to fail, and set me up for an appointment to look at a newer system.
