The best resource for your HVAC system.

Many local companies have been sold to new owners that can be very aggressive with their marketing and at times misleading for their own benefit from my personal experience.

One thing I especially like about R&R is the way they assign work to the crews, not a daily list of appointments but rather assign one at a time to ensure crews do not fall to being pressured to make the next call, but rather allows your technician to take time with the customer to ensure all issues are addressed - great policy and kudos to management for implementing!

Beware of the low-price specials of other companies.
Do your homework checking available ratings such as BBB before you choose.

If you watch the technicians work as I have over the years and observe what is actually being checked from one company to another, you will find a much thorough inspection which can lead to detection of components that may be failing and need replacement to prolong your home investment.

If you have checked with another company, you may find it prudent to get a second opinion from R&R - could save you many $$$$

R&R did the original furnace install when we built our house 12 years ago. We recently called them to get a second opinion when a different company told us that our heat exchanger was now cracked. Braden was great! He showed up on time to perform the assessment. He was very knowledgeable and identified the problem very quickly. He answered all of our questions and even made suggestions for the future. We would love to have him back here again to install the new part. Luckily Emily had checked and told us the heat exchanger was still on warranty. Thanks Emily and Braden!

Alban Sejfiu came out to help us with our non functioning fireplace. He was on time, friendly, neat, efficient… excellent service. He was able to determine the issue and we found the part in town so we’re looking forward to him coming back to install the part!

Randy Haffner and his assistant did a great job on installing our new air conditioning unit. They worked quickly, quietly and neatly. They cleaned up after themselves and left the furnace room much better than they found it. At the end they did a great job explaining the new system and especially the new thermostat. We are very pleased with all R and R has done for us.

Today Josh came to service my furnace. He was awesome. Very friendly and respectful and helpful! He answered my questions about my furnace filters in simple clear language that I could understand. He also was great about keeping things clean and not tracking extra dirt into the house. I highly recommend him and R&R Heating!

West and the rest of the team at R&R were super helpful and got our furnace up and running quickly. They price their services well, and West was able to walk me through everything he did and explained how our system worked even beyond his work.

R&R was available when I needed them, and the tech (Colby) was very thorough, detailed, and competent. He was able to perform all recommended repairs on the spot. He explained and documented his findings everything really well and showed me how & why the repairs needed to be done.

The service technician did a very thorough job of checking the furnace system itself, as well as cleaning the filter. R&R has been servicing my HVAC system since it was installed by them 20 years ago. I would not consider going anywhere else.

30 year old furnace stopped producing heat. Karl texted and called before coming to my house. The photo was a nice touch. He promptly diagnosed the multiple issues with the system, quoted a reasonable price and was able to fix one of the issues immediately. He was friendly, courteous, efficient and effective. The rest of the parts needed are on order. I’ll update again when that work is complete. Would definitely recommend.

Jake, Rex and Tom were awesome. I’d have those guys work on my house anytime. I had a new furnace and AC installed (different guys on the install crew) and there were some minor issues I noticed afterward. R and R was quick to send out the A team to get everything set up just right. I appreciate their workmanship and attitude.
