Dylon did a great job tuning up our furnace and explained the parts that were showing age. He was very through and answered our questions not to mention polite. You should give him a raise!

We received a special offer to get our furnace looked over and Cougar heating and air conditioning sent Zane Olsen to check out our system. He was very thorough and discovered that we've got some problems. He helped us get things started to head in the right direction to get our heating system repaired. We received another follow up visit within a couple hours to continue the process. We're looking forward to dealing with cougar in the future.

Great service by Brendan. He was patient, thorough, and friendly, and helped uncover some great things during our furnace tuneup. It was my first experience with Cougar and I would definitely use them again. Price was fair.

Technician Chase came out for a maintenance cleaning on a 30 year furnace and some where in the process the main control board died and would automatically control the blower motor. Well Cougar Mechanical graciously replaced a $1200.00 board without any additional costs! They really are a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company.

This company is definitely about helping their community and people in need! Heather was amazing with communicating with me via text. Our tech was Zane! This would’ve been the 3rd winter without our furnace working, Zane was honest & upfront. He took his time and explained everything. He then made an appt to have someone come out to help with replacing vs repairing, they sent out Mat. I didn’t have the pleasure of speaking with him but my daughter did & she said he was very understanding, determined and willing to try and help us, with me being disabled & on ssdi. We then got a call from Travis who was also very helpful! Zane came back out & did the repair l, very efficient, very thorough & did not leave until he was 100% sure we were good! These 4 people are true ambassadors for cougar heating! I will forever be indebted to them! World class service! Thank you so much Zane for repairing our furnace! This company was great. I had a confusing booking experience with another company that left me with no one coming out to fix my furnace, and Cougar was able to get someone out to my house in just a couple of hours on short notice. The technician they sent, Chase, was determined to make sure I had heat for my children before he left and I very much appreciate that. He was very friendly and did an amazing job. Thanks again!

Had an issue with my heater and they at first said they could come out the next day. But called back and were able to come out same night, find the issue. Give great information. They were not able to fix the problem that night due to parts needing to arrive, however they left us with 2 heaters that were very powerful and kept us nice and toasty! Came out the next day, fixed it all and were so kind and informative the hole time.

We cannot be more thankful for Zane O.! This morning at 4 we noticed our house was a bit cold. (It always happens on the snowiest of winter mornings, right?) My husband is a handy guy and was trying to figure out what was going on with our furnace before calling anything in. Unfortunately it was a job out of our hands. We called Cougar and by 10ish Zane was out here addressing our issue. He quickly assessed the problem, luckily had the exact part we needed on hand and fixed it quickly. He stayed an extra 15min and insured the issue was fixed. SO GOOD TO HAVE HEAT AGAIN! Zane was super professional and we are grateful for his service and for Cougar!

I requested a long overdue HVAC service for my huge furnace and heat pump system at a fixed promotional price, and even though it was the end of a long day, their tech Travis still wanted to come out. After Travis spent nearly a couple of hours inspecting my system and taking the time to explain things to me, Cougar sent another tech, Edson, to come back in the morning and continue the evaluation for another hour. Both Travis and Edson were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They pointed out some signs that my system was at the end of its life expectancy, yet they didn’t push me into spending any money but to be aware of the issue and potential failure. I think Cougar lost their shirt on my service call, but I know who to call when the time comes for a system repair or replacement. Thank you Travis and Edson and Cougar team!

I had issue with our home thermostat for HVAC and called Cougars HVAC service for help and they immediately sent us technician Zach. He was extremely courteous, professional, kind, and efficient and fixed our issues right away. He did clean up the areas and make sure everything is working before he left our place. His service was amazing and I really appreciate him and cougars for excellent after service and customer service!

Great care was taken with the system maintenance and how the system works was explained. Was advised about something needs to be taken care of. But that everything is running smoothly. Technician Brandon was informative, polite and even covered his shoes when entering the house. He explained what he inspected and how to care for maintenance wise also something I need to take care of he advised me. Very happy with service.

Chase was amazing he looked at my furnace that another company looked at and screwed up. Less than 24 hours after that other company it quit working all together. Less than 5 minutes after showing up and talking about what had happened he had it up and running again. I still need a new one but now have time to financially plan for it. I fully recommend cougar heating and air conditioning. Especially Chase.

Zachary was a bad inspector. I have an older furnace, and my wife had to be there instead of me during the inspection. Zach started off rambling of all the probable issues he'd find with such an old furnace. After inspecting, he found "all sorts" of things, holes in the heat exchanger, no safeties, open switch, but didn't want to show any of the findings because he already put his tools away. He also said he had a headache, probably a carbon monoxide (CO) leak, but in order to do a test he would have to call a supervisor out, so he had my wife sign a waiver instead. Quoted $5k for a new furnace. The whole interaction sounded suspicious. I rushed and grabbed 2 CO testers and both read 0 ppm at the vents and in the furnace room. Called another HVAC company for a second opinion and even his professionally calibrated CO tester said 0 ppm. There was no leak. Turned out there was also nothing wrong with my furnace except a couple things that needed cleaning. Zach just tried to take the easy(profitable?) route, and although $5k is a good deal, my furnace works and is safe, so I don't need a new one.

Im am extremely satisfied with my experience. Mark got me set up i got an appointment by the next day and it was installed on a Saturday morning by Chris and Zack. All permits were pulled and i got a very fair price on water heater plus I recieved an upgrade to commercial and a discount. The staff at office kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. Very impressed with the technician that worked on our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and not afraid to explain everything to me. Very courteous answered all my questions with real and precise answers. I will continue to use Cougar Heating for all my furnace and heating needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs furnace work.

We were having a non emergency issue with our furnace, and they got a tech out to us the next day. Our tech Zane was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He found and fixed the problem I'd called about, then stuck around to fix another one that I didn't think could be fixed. He answered all my questions, and patiently explained the problems and solutions so that someone who knows nothing about furnaces or wiring (me) could easily understand. Much appreciated!

We had a water treatment system installed by Comfort Heating and Cooling. The initial installation went great. Like some retrofit projects, things changed. Comfort Heating and Cooling and our sales representative Evan went above and beyond to make things right. Paul, our installer did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to family, friends and anyone else I know. They have excellent customer service and I can’t say enough great things about Evan! He was in constant communication and even showed up to make sure everything went smoothly for the installation.

Chris was awesome, He explained everything in detail, and show us how to work our new gas furnace, Zack was awesome too very hard worker quiet but very nice he’d answering my questions. I thank him too. Cameron did a great job with electricity nice guy too!

I had Cougar Heating and Cooling come service my fireplace using their $29 special coupon. I had recently used this company for the first time to have my yearly furnace and hot water service.Jake was my technician for the fireplace. Jake was on time, courteous, considerate, listened to my needs, utilized his time well, and provided answers and feedback to my questions. From scheduling to service time was great! I would recommend Cougar and Jake. Great job team.

Our heater went out and stopped working so we called cougar heating. They were able to get someone out to do the repair within 24 hours of calling and were able to get our furnace working that night. Our tech Gabriel was excellent! He was extremely kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a great job going over our options and everything service wise he did after he was done. Highly recommend!
