We had our heater go out a few nights ago on one of the coldest nights of the year. These guys were the quickest to respond to my initial call and deliver. From start to finish they were the most thorough, kind and knowledgeable company we've worked with when it comes to our furnace. Our first tech, Vitali went out of his way to bring us space heaters, which was so unexpected and appreciated. We ended up replacing our unit which was an all day job the following day. Tony was fantastic and Paul (the owner), stopped by to help wrap things up and answer every question we had both on and off topic. They were both so patient and kind with my curious kiddos and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Semenik will be our go to company from here on out. Thanks so much!!

I highly recommend using their services. I chose them after getting multiple quotes for a new HVAC system. They were willing to work with me, made it easy to get financing through them and were so nice and helpful. I just paid it off and I will continue working with them in the future. Absolutely top notch. Paul offered to come long after hours to ensure that my little family had a/c for the night. Not only did he come promptly and willingly, he was flexible with times to come the next day to install new thermostat. I can be hard to please and he went above and beyond without me saying anything. It is obvious he cares about his customers and treats them as he would want his family treated. We haven't hired Semenik yet; that step in our project is a long way off. However, I wanted to give them 5 stars right now because Paul gave me the time of day. We have a huge building project ahead of us, and because it's in the very preliminary stages (floorplan and permitting), very few HVAC companies will even give me the time of day. Paul returned my call fast and generously shared his knowledge. By the end of the call, I knew he knew how to design an efficient, cost-effective, balanced, properly sized heating and cooling system in my home. No others had mentioned balance, efficiency, or proper sizing. No others had given so readily of their time and expertise, which makes my job in the early planning stages so much easier. I didn't even know what to ask and Paul helped me feel like I had eventually covered all the bases to make my job -- and his job probably in the future -- easier. That saves me angst and MONEY, now and in the long run. Just due to my initial phone consultation, Semenik is now leading by several steps over the competition in who I'm likely to hire for the big job. I'll update this if I end up hiring him, probably within 12 months.

I needed my furnace replaced ASAP. Called Paul and he came out the same day. In the morning he was on the job installing my furnace. Not only was he prom but he beat two other bids significantly. I would highly recommended him. I will not use anybody else. Thanks for the outstanding service.

Paul was great! Easy to work with, fixed my heat strips, did heat pump repair, fixed my AC. Did it for a great price. Highly recommend. Will use again since its necessary to have great service being a house flipper.

Installed our system 2 years ago. Great all around including price. This year furnace quit working and when the repairman came out he advised that the filter needed to be replaced. I’m a recent widow and my husband used to handle this. The repairman was so nice and educated me on when and what filter to use. This is quality hometown service at its best.

I’m now installing a new furnace at a rental. They came out same day (Thursday late afternoon) and by Monday am they are installing a new unit. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS.

HVAC1 was absolutely amazing! We have had problems with our Mitsubishi Mini Splits ever since they were installed and multiple hvac companies came out and gave us crazy high bids saying we needed to redo the entire system basically (including ripping through most of our walls and ceilings). However HVAC1 came out and actually diagnosed the problem and found it was a faulty connection in the refrigerant lines. They came and replaced the connections (the correct way) and were extremely affordable! We now have had working heating and AC for the last 2 months and no problems!!! Thanks so much!

I have hired Paul and his team twice now! His prices are great and the work is always immaculate. Had a manufacturer defect on a special A/C unit for my shop. Paul had one if his guys out within hours to troubleshoot and he stayed until fixed. These guys are very courteous, respectful and knowledgable. I absolutely will use them for all of my future hvac needs.

Paul came in an emergency to fix my broken AC during this brutal heat wave. He was professional, personal, and punctual. I appreciated his thoroughness and explanation of what he was doing. He was happy to answer any questions I had during the service appointment. Needless to say, I am thankful to have a cooler house for my wife and kids to live in. Shout out to HVAC1's operator, Marissa. She did a great job on communications from scheduling and sending Paul when he was available and in the area. Just had this company come out and service our heat pump in the Nine Mile Falls area. We are preparing our house to sell and under a tight timeline to do so. These guys were able to get us scheduled in on short notice and were through in their inspection and service. They were easy to communicate with and efficient.

We had Semenik HVAC work on our very large addition for a new heat pump and integrating multiple different and complicated systems to the old part of the house. First, Paul was quick to respond to come assess our situation. talking to him was like talking to your neighbor rather than a company personelle. He was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable about everything we were hoping to accomplish. He gave us quote that was more than reasonable and an accurate timeline of when the work would start, how long it would take etc. The technicians that were out were all very competent, professional, and hardworking people that were always on time (or would let you know if they weren't able to make it on time due to an emergency call). It's been a year since they worked on our house and I'm happy to report everything has been running perfectly. There were a few times when we would give them a call for questions or concerns and they addressed it right away. We never once felt like they were taking an advantage of us and we are definitely happy with the work they have done at our house. I would highly recommend them without a second thought.

Great service, friendly and competent technicians. The time for scheduling was very helpful. The technician gave us valuable information about running our system and a full accounting of what type of repair would be best for us. We will use their service again.

I can’t even begin to express how happy I am with HVAC1’s service. We had them tackle an install we thought was going to be impossible and they were able to deliver. Paul and his install team at Semenik are awesome. We had them install a new hot water heater and furnace for our family as we head into the winter. Henry was exceptional. He had to diagnose and fix another company’s mistake but he handled it with professionalism. He was polite and very customer focused. HVAC 1 and Henry saved me from having to buy another AC unit. I will be using them for all HVAC needs!

Paul and company are professional, courteous, competent and fair. I have had them out four different times for everything from minor repairs to major installations including a new furnace and a mini split unit. I have never had any issue and would not even consider using someone else. They're an honest lot and will do right by you.
