Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy and they do things the right way! I received way more bang for my buck and was impressed that they turned their own gas line as opposed to using flexible gas line. I own a company in the trades and am extremely impressed with their work. Highly recommend!

I spoke to Daren from Revive. They were fully booked so I ended up not hiring them but he was nice enough to give me a call back and let me know. That shows they are very professional. I appreciated the courtesy and would not hesitate to call them again for my business.

Darren was friendly and helpful and has his customer's best interest in mind -- both to provide a great service as well as save you money, not recommending only what is needed. He was professional and polite and I would definitely recommend his company for your HVAC needs.

I called Revive Heating and Air Conditioning and left a voicemail about my AC issue. Darrin called me back within a couple hours, asked A few questions about what had occurred and walked me through what was the likely problem and got me up back up and running looks to have saved me a service call. This level of customer service is pretty rare. When I actually need to have my AC serviced, I will absolutely be giving them my business. Thank you again!

I was lucky to have met the owner,when he installed our new furnace and was working for another company. He gave us his number and said if you have any issue's or questions call,fast forward 8 years our furnace started to act up right before Christmas so I called and he came over within the hr,between jobs to look and see if he could find the problem,that is when we found out he had given us his personal number all those years ago. I can't say enough good about this gentleman he takes pride in his work go's that extra step to make sure your taken care of! His my go to company for my furnace and air-conditioning. Called and left a message about a furnace/heat pump system. Got a prompt call back from Darren letting me know they don't really work on heat pumps any more due to problems with these systems. I explained the issue I was having and he helped me understand what was going on and how to basically resolve the issue myself. It worked great! If I have a problem with my furnace or the heat pump goes and I need AC installed..... Revive will be my first call.

Darin and his associate were superb. Darin's free quote came with a complete explanation of everything needed, various options, and which options would make sense or not for our situation. He checked what we had, and what would be needed to make sure we were brought up to code. His very reasonable quote was met to the penny by the final bill. He was punctual, polite, and very professional. We WILL use him again for later changes we want to make. Very highly recommended.

Just used Revive today for an AC install. I can't say enough good things about this company. First of all Daren is very professional and kind. He ran into a couple glitches on the install, our issue not his, and he worked diligently to correct them. It's 6:30 pm and our home is cool!!!! The system is incredibly efficient and quiet. My furnace stopped working this winter. He came and diagnosed the problem, went out and bought the necessary replacement parts and it was up and running in a few hours. Very satisfied with the repair job and he explained everything that was wrong with it. Great service, I would highly recommend

Keeping it Local! We have been planning for family to come up from California for the last couple months. The week before their arrival my Airconditioning decides to go out. We were having a hotspell it was 90° out and practically 90° in my house. I couldn't believe it! I needed my air-conditioning fixed before they came, otherwise everybody would be up in a hotel. I called about 12 places around town to see what was the best price, best rating and who can get it done before the weekend. Daren from revive heating came through with an amazing quote and incredible service! The day I called he was out at my place checking out what he had to fix. I explained to him my situation and he said he can fix it in the next two days. Wow! Sure enough he got my air conditioning fixed in two days from calling him and I had an ice cold house just in time for my familys visit. I got to say Daren was very professional, on time and cost efficient. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. What I like best about him is he's very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Darren and Shane were very professional, responsive, and friendly. They were quick to come out and diagnose a broken 30 year old A/C unit and a week later were able to replace the unit and our old furnace. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, highly recommended.

One of my heat pumps quit working, so I went online to try and find a reputable repair company knowing they were probably all very busy with this extended hot weather we have been experiencing. I had not heard of Revive Heating and Air Conditioning before, but with straight 5 star ratings, thought I would check them out. I called first thing this morning, left a message, and Daren, the owner, called back a short time later. As expected, he was booked out for 2 weeks, but I made an appointment anyway thinking I would rather wait and have someone with a good track record come to make the repair. To my surprise, a couple of hours later Daren called again, said he had an hour window before his next appointment, and could stop by and diagnose the problem, hoping it was a relatively minor fix. Thankfully, it was just a bad capacitor and he had it up and running in no time. Daren is honest, fair, and a really nice guy. I can't say enough about how appreciative I am. My system is 23 years old, so I'm probably limping it along, but when I need another repair or replacement, I'm calling Revive. Thanks Daren!

We needed to get a new A/C but had been putting it off for awhile. We finally were moving and decided to bite the bullet. I called 4 companies, on a weekday evening,to come out and give me an estimate. Daren from Revive got back to me very quickly and got to my place the next day. He gave me the best service and the most comprehensive explanation. He also was very reasonably priced and would have been the cheapest but was the only one that wanted to do it completely up to code. Installation was also quick and easy. Love Revive!!

These guys are super honest. Extremely qualified, have never been more impressed with an HVAC consult. Could have had an easy sell on a condensing unit, referred me to another company for electric AC installation because it will work better for our second story.They also gave me a free consult. Highly recommend, will definitely use them in the future if we have issues with our furnace.

My husband and I recently hired Revive Heating & Air Conditioning to install a new furnace and air conditioner. Our system was so old, we were afraid it would go out at an inopportune time this winter. After getting other bids, we chose Revive Heating and are SO glad we did. We couldn’t be any happier with the price (compared to others), the quality of the equipment (Trane/American Standard), communication from start to finish, and the professionalism of the installation. Daren and his two man crew were top notch completing the job in two days. They were so neat, kind, and efficient it was a pleasure to have them here! In addition, they were all SO careful and respectful about Covid-19. All three of them, and also the electrician, arrived in masks, kept them on even while talking outside, and maintained their distance at all times which we greatly appreciated. Now we have a wonderful new system which we love! I very highly recommend Revive Heating.

There was no problem in requesting a checkup on my system. I called one day and Darren came out the next morning to look at it. He was honest with me and gave me information that was very helpful in running my unit more efficiently without trying to sell me something. I have an older unit so I was expecting anything. I would not hesitate in using their company as well as expecting honest dealings.

Best HVAC contractor in Spokane! Daren hooked us up with the perfect high efficiency system for our home. Unlike the other contractors that we called for quotes he was completely thorough in putting together our estimate so there were no surprises. He informed us exactly what equipment would be right for us and why it was right rather than just writing up a quote and not explaining it. And the pricing was fair to boot! The installation was quick and looks very tidy, he and his helper were professional and punctual.

Punctual, honest and fair. Daren was all three of the aforementioned and a heck of a nice guy to boot! I had an outfit look at my leaking furnace 3 days before Christmas and I was told I had a bad heat exchanger and was given a $3000 dollar quote for a brand new furnace. So I called Daren to get a second quote and a second set of eyes on it. Daren quickly determined that that was not the case at all.
