We woke up Saturday morning with a backed up septic. It was a disaster. They happily came out. They were the nicest people who did an amazing job. I will use them again. This is a company I would recommend.

Rick is the best! I won’t describe my situation as I don’t want anyone else to put him through it, but he was so incredibly helpful. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Today I had some concerns as to the health of my septic system. I called and had a great conversation with Lisa the office manager. She was so helpful and taught me a great deal about my system. She didn't try to sell me something I may not need and left me with some great suggestions to determine if I do need service. Even if I find I do not need service at this time I will certainly be calling Tri-County Septic when I do need service. Thanks Lisa!!!!

Tri-County Septic really came through for me when I had an emergency situation with my sewer system. They were the only company that I could find who took the time to listen to my situation and make time in their schedule to come to my home a.s.a.p. He ended up coming after hours which I really appreciated.

Had a weekend septic tank crisis. Made contact and next day, first thing in the morning, the truck was here. The septic tank was located, pumped and the costs were exactly what they estimated. Very pleased and recommend this company for their quick and efficient response to our urgent need.

Our septic was backing up. Called and they sent a crew out immediately. Thought we needed our tank pumped. But the technician figured out it was only the intake valve being blocked. Will absolutely use them again. Great service !!!

Being new to owning a home with a septic tank we called another company to come out to empty our system, that other company were a no show. So we found and called tri-county. And im glad we did! They came out next day and did an amazing job. Very professional. Came on time and very friendly and informative. A Pleasure to do business with. I reached out to these folks to help me with pumping my parents’ RV. Mom and Dad were here visiting from Ohio in their RV, and Dad was hospitalized. We didn’t have a way to take the RV somplace to dump it. Over the next 4 weeks, Rick, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive in helping us until Dad was better and able to get on the road home. I was very impressed with how willing they were to help. Rick was very fair in his charges and also very kind and concerned about Dad. Having septic backup is one thing new homeowners dread. When this happened after less than a year of owning the house we were skeptical. I looked up reviews for different companies around the Spokane County area and we mildly impress with TCS's reputation. I called, and even though Rick just got off of a 13 hour shift and had been sleeping, he still answered and gave us plenty of tips to check if the problem was a plug. After confirming that there was no plug he came up to the house and informed us that the tank had not been pumped correctly when the house was sold. He expressed anger at the other companies for giving men like him a bad name and refused to quit until the job was done correctly. He was polite and easy going, and after inspection I verified that he had emptied and cleaned the tank properly.

I am very satisfied with the service we received and all the help he gave us. He did a thorough job and did it in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be sticking with them from now on.

Rick was great and very helpful on a day when most businesses are closed. He informed us all about our septic system since it is new to us and was able to take care of us promptly. I called 3 other places before finding and contacting Tri-County Septic to look at my system. I have a "Wastewater Aerobic System" that hasn't been functional and is quite "special." The 3 other companies I called either didn't get back to me or didn't want to work with my system or take the time to learn a little about it. Rick and his team were responsive and took the time to figure out the design of my system. Unfortunately it all needs to be replaced but Rick gave me the name of someone and we got it all figured out. I am moving to a normal septic tank that should have no issues for a while. I appreciate Rick, Nick and rest of the crew for coming out when other companies wouldn't. Good company and I will be using them with my new system. Thanks again guys!

We had our septic tank pumped by TCS and I am impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable service. Nick went out of his way to be helpful.

Their price was great and they also gave us a discount for adding a couple neighbors who needed their tanks pumped.

I called Rick with questions and concerns about a smell coming from my septic tank but he was on a job so asked to call me back, within 30 minutes he returned my call. I was thinking my tank might need to be pumped out. He listened to what was going on and told me that it in fact does not need to be pumped out and told me what to do to solve my problem. Rick is very smart, courteous and very personable. I would recommend him any day and I will be using his services when needed

Would recommend this company for septic service. We had Nick come out and pump a full septic tank and inspection. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Didn't make you (customer) feel like just another call. Our pump was out and he reccomend another company and gave us a estimate on what it may cost. He didn't tear up our yard or charge us extra for unnecessary digging or anything else. I highly reccomend this company and if you get Nick as your service tech, re assured your in good hands. Great job guys...

Rick was amazing! Gave over the phone advice when he was off work to assist me in clearing a large clog in my main line! Actually called me to talk me thru the process and educated me on what to look for and how to fix it. No charge! Then called me back to ensure I got the work done and finished! 5 star service!

We had a septic emergency at our house. They were able to schedule service the next day and Rick got it done fast. We will absolutely use them again for all our septic needs.

Tricounty was very helpful when it came to be scheduling, working with me to find a time that was convenient for me. The Driver was very courteous and well dressed. He called to give me a heads up that he was a half hour out from our meeting time and he showed up when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and had helpful tips on keeping my system working in tip top shape. A great job by everyone I worked with.
