Derick and Riley did a great job helping us to clear a clogged line, going over and above to get us back up and running. I really appreciate their work and as well as ability to accommodate us speedily. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the entire experience working with Pace. Called in and received immediate answers and appointment booked for the next morning to provide an estimate. Derick is my plumber, arrived right on time, professional and knowledgeable provided an exact estimate and much to my surprise was available to complete the work same morning. Pace took on the plumbing in the remodel/restoration of our 1905 home, and they did such a great job. Brandon was the foreman on our crew, and I so appreciated his thoughtful, careful work. They were efficient with their time, and paid close attention to our goals as they found solutions for adding plumbing to parts of this old house where there was none before.

Very much recommend Derrick at Pace! Friendly and knowledgable, he explained what was happening with our plumbing and our options for moving forward. Will definitely be calling again in the future.

Pace plumber Derrick came to fix a failing underground shutoff valve in my water system 5’ underground. I had excavated an adequate hole. He was earlier than scheduled, thoutoughly inspected what needed to be done. Then meticulously assembled and installed a much better valve and piping. He was not only a seriously professional plumber but a personal pleasure to have work on our system! Impressive dude! Thank you Pace!

Couldn’t have been happier. Company was organized and very responsive. Derick was great to deal with and made the water heater replacement process fast and easy.

Hands down the best! Honest and less expensive. Other plumbers charge a fortune, their prices are fair to get customers through good service n word of mouth. I tell everyone about them. Riley tackled a job with ease that scared other plumbers and Derick punctual, honest and communicates very well. I will always use Pace for plumbing.

We had the best experience with Pace Plumbing/Heating & AC. We called them because of all the positive reviews they had and we were not disappointed. We were having some issues with our toilet and Derick came out to diagnose our problem. My husband and I liked him right away. He was knowledgeable and friendly and explained what our options were. Not only was Derick able to replace our old toilet with a brand new one that day, but he was also able together with his bosses Dave and Kevin to work out a price that we could afford. Now that's a service you don't see much of these days! Kudos to Pace for really caring about their customers and kudos to Derick for his quick efficient job and his tips on maintaining the new toilet. He really knew his stuff and he did a great job. I highly recommend Pace Plumbing and Derick for any toilet problems, they help! If you want great service and fair prices call Pace.

Riley replaced our kitchen faucet. My wife and I were both very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Quality work and accomplished in a short amount of time. We asked for his card and will definitely use Pace for any future issues we may encounter.

I'm sad to say that I cannot recommend Pace Plumbing. They damaged a personal item worth thousands of dollars while doing a repair. I reached out twice and they never responded. Please don't let something similar happen to you.

I needed to have a couple water lines moved for a remodel. The team quickly assessed the situation and provided a bid. The price was right and they proceeded right away with the work and said they would come back after I set the cabinets to finish connecting the water lines (included in price). Customer service was great, and I will definitely come back to Pace when I have future plumbing needs. Thank you Riley and Derick for making this easy!

Just want to give a shout out to our service technician, Derick McLaughlin. He was right on time, bright and early, and quickly diagnosed the problem we had with our kitchen faucet. While the original installer did so improperly, Derick was able to suggest alternative fixes to the problem. We agreed on the simplest fix and if that doesn't hold up over time, we agreed to call him back to do another more permanent, expensive, time consuming fix. We appreciated Derick's professionalism, knowledge and honesty and we highly recommend him and his company for any of your plumbing needs! This was by far the best service call we have had in the 8 years we have lived here. Thanks, Derick and Pace!!!

Worked with Riley on a new water heater and softener for our home. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Super reasonable estimate, they were able to get the install done quickly and explained everything. We were recommended them by a family friend and can’t say enough good things.
