Guys are amazing and it was very affordable. I definitely be calling them again. Gold Seal prices were astronomical, I appreciate that Spokane Plumbing has not followed in their path.

I have a large plumbing project I need done. I have been looking for plumbers that have good reviews in my area. That is when I came across this company. When I called Someone answered right away! I was so sure I would have a great experience. Well we set up a meeting for today and 3 hours later I am still waiting for him to show up. No call... no update on what is taking so long... I will admit we don't have a "set time" but when someone says they are just going to finish up some paper work and head on over, it shouldn't take 3 HOURS or more to meet up! I will be going with a different company.*** This is the correct company. I don't use my full name on Google***

Sam was excellent. Here when he said great work for a commercail project we had and followed up with the project as a whole at the end.

Sam has an amazing customer service work ethic! My AC went out on a Friday night before the holiday weekend. Finding a replacement capacitor was next to impossible with the raging heat wave and 3 day weekend. Sam answered the phone on his day off and searched until he found the part, then ran it down to help me out. That kind of service is SO hard to find these days. Thank you Sam! My wife was so happy to sleep in the cool Temps again!!!!

Go figure it gets colder than cold and my furnace keeps turning off. I called Spokane Heating and plumbing and they were able to get us in the same day. Sam came in and got the job done in no time. Will definitely be calling you guys again for our plumbing and heating needs.

Our POS furnace decided to die in the middle of winter, and every other company our landlady called projected at least two or three days of waiting before it could even get looked at. A call to Spokane Plumbing and Heating had Josh arriving early the next morning not once, but TWICE when the first fix didn't take. Both times, Josh was lovely and professional, answering all our questions and making several trips to the warehouse to make sure he had exactly the right parts for our ancient furnace. Will definitely be calling him again when the time comes ♡

We can't say enough about how wonderful Spokane Plumbing and heating were for us in our time in need. On Easter he came out and fixed our hot water heater that was spewing out water all over our basement.

My toilet began overflowing so I requested Yelp recommendations. Renee got back to me immediately and put me in touch with Sam. Sam was AMAZING! Turns out my problem was a super easy fix and Sam was able to walk me through it over the phone! He could've sent someone out to look at it but instead he had me send him pics and describe my problem & we were able to resolve it in minutes...for no charge! He was professional and very courteous. Hopefully I don't have any future plumbing problems, but if I do I will definitely be calling Sam w/ Spokane Plumbing & Heating and I recommend anyone in need of a plumber do the same thing!!!

On any project that pops up unexpected I like to get at least 3 quotes.
Spokane Plumbing I chose. The price was affordable and the way Sam presented himself and wore a face mask the others didn't. Within 2-3 hours Justin and Braxton installed the water heater. They both did a great job. I would call them again.

Couldn’t be happier with these guys! Came out to check out a gas water heater vent pipe that was leaking. Sam is amazingly honest-told me what I was looking at to fix the problem and had us on the schedule for repair within 5 days. The heater for our house went out the day before a cold snap. Our previous heater service was a week out for appointments, but I am over 41 weeks pregnant and we have a two year old so waiting a week was out of the question. We called Spokane Plumbing and Heating and they said they'd be on their way to check out the problem ASAP (we live over an hour and a half from their location). John was here before noon, diagnosed the problem and we made a plan to install a new heater the very next day. They worked quickly and efficiently. Every interaction we had with each member of the crew was a pleasure. This was a huge job (house over a hundred years old, crawling in a mess of concrete and spiders and dust to drag out and replace the old dinosaur of a heater in the basement), but they made us a priority and seemed happy to do it! We are so grateful!

Wow. These guys were freaking phenomenal from start to finish! Sam came out and gave us an estimate within a day of calling and their price for a hood vent installation and range gas line beat out four other companies. Justin, Braxton and John were super great to our dogs and kids. They worked fast and triple measured everything to make sure it was perfect! Justin even changed out our seriously dirty air filter for free just because he noticed it was dirty. These guys went above and beyond to make this a really great experience! We will be calling Spokane Plumbing and Heating for all of our future needs! These guys were so great!

Called Spokane Plumbing and Heating Saturday morning after calling five other companies that were either far too expensive or didn't even answer there phone. Sam showed up later that day and was quickly able to fix our plumbing problems. I would definitely recommend Spokane Heating and Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing services. I fractured my kitchen sink pull out faucet line early a.m. one morning and was not pleased at the water spraying all over my fridge, oven and window. After spending time locating a replacement kit I cleaned up the water and found a replacement kit at Lowe's. My amateur plumbing skills brought the amount of leaks from three to one. Six hours later, feeling defeated, I googled local plumbers with decent ratings. I came across Spokane Plumbing & Heating, and gave them a call. I spoke to Sam and he asked to have me send pictures of my "repair" and the issue at hand. He said they would definitely be able to help me out. The only minor issue was they were called in on an emergency commercial project and this was not communicated to me until later. I assumed they would have been out sooner, but the time frame worked out in the end. Justin and Braxton arrived and confirmed that I was "almost there" and finished it professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for competent home repair.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I live in the Seattle area and had to find someone to check on my daughters furnace in Spokane! I was so lucky to have found Justin and Spokane Plumbing and Heating! He responded to me within minutes and arranged to go to check on my daughter who had NO HEAT! He got her 30 year old furnace up and running temporarily and gave us a couple of options as to how to proceed! We decided to have him install a new furnace! The pricing was extremely competitive and his customer service was amazing! He sent us pictures of the before and after and even discovered an issue with her dryer vent and fixed that too! No need to call any other company! Spokane Plumbing and Heating will treat you like family! Justin is our hero!!!!

I have had two jobs completed by Sam and John and they were terrific to work with! They were upfront and easy to contact. Their prices were the best out of three companies I worked with and I fully trust them. They also finished earlier than expected and kept the work area clean. So far they have replaced a water heater and air conditioning system on my house. They went above and beyond on replacing a water heater immediately for my family while I was out of town in the middle of winter.

We had to have a new hot water heater installed after our last one died at about 13 years. Everything from the original visit to give us a quote to the install itself less than 48 hours later was exceptional. We have, without a doubt, found our new go to heating and cooling maintenance company.

Our water heater needed replacing. My husband decided to replace it on its own. We love him but he's not a plumber. He went through hell attempting to replace it while my young children and I went through hell not having water all day. Around dinner time, things were bleak. Sam was very quick to respond to a water heater that went out and able to come out later that day. Other companies tried to sell an expensive new tank, Justin came out and was able to repair for a fraction of the cost, and quoted a tank replacement much cheaper than the other company. We will be using Justin and Sam for our future plumbing and heating needs. Very knowledgable and friendly. Thanks guys!
