I have known Sam and Justin for several years now. They did a great job on my gas range. I am an Electrician and am very picky about who I hire for my home. I was so impressed with their work, I had them back out to do plumbing on my Bathroom remodel. They referred me to a drywaller. who does exceptional work. Also, they came over and fixed my AC in the middle of Summer when I know how busy it gets for them. If you are looking for a reliable and honorable company that knows plumbing and heating, then look no further than these seasoned professionals. Very impressed no matter how busy they get, they’re worth waiting for to get the job done right.

I had a new home build with a botched boiler installation. I called Sam and he came the same day to look it over and give me a synopsis of the shoddy work and how he could fix it. I was in a pinch because I needed to move in and was held up on the boiler for the Certificate of Occupancy. Sam showed up and worked several hours through the weekend! It was beyond heroic. If you want a quality job and a job done right... look no further. P.S. I'm a subcontractor and am around new construction frequently; know integrity when I see it.

After freezing weather conditions and snow, we experienced a burst pipe. With everyone experiencing burst pipes, the waitlist to get a plumber was to be expected. Sam was upfront about his availability but told us he'd contact us if he could make it out. He followed up and was able to come out same day. Sam was able to fix the pipe and gave us great information and advice for handling insurance claims. His pricing is very fair and he is overall wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend and he will be our #1 call anytime we have plumbing issues. Thank you, Sam!

I have used this company for years and I have always worked with honest, hard working professionals. We've had contractors try to take advantage of us, but the guys from Spokane Plumbing and Heating are honest and educate us. They even offered a less expensive solution recently because it was effective. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I had called Spokane Plumbing and Heating for a hose bib and waterline repair. I got a call and a text from Plumber - Sam Donahey. I could not believe that he showed up to my house after work to get the repair done. He went out of his way. Sam was courteous, professional and did the job right ! I highly recommend Spokane Plumbing and Heating! These guys are great! We had developed a "mystery" leak in our garage behind the water heater that had soaked the dry wall.. Originally we called another plumber, but they ended up bailing on us, and so we called Spokane Plumbing and Heating. Justin and his helper (apologies for not remembering his name) were out the next day (on a Friday, no less) and were able to find what was just one of the sources and fixed it. THEN, we ended up having more water show up, so they came out yet again, found another small leak and fixed that. After everything was said and done, we decided we'd better replace the water heater (the original installation was oh, let's just call it creative) and original pipe/hose connections were the source of the issues. It was also getting up there in age. We asked for a bid (super fair competitive price) and within a couple of days we had a brand new water heater installed correctly, and haven't had a leak since!! We hired Spokane Plumbing and Heating to replace our water heater and boiler in one of our rentals. Shortly after, the tenant complained that the water in a bathroom was running cold water from the hot water tap. We called to discuss this and they insisted that it wasn't anything they had done and did not go to the house to verify it. So we called another plumber (the one we usually use). That company ended up replacing two shower cartridges. This did not fix the issue. So we called Spokane Plumbing and Heating again and they finally went out and determined that the new system had failed. They did replace the failed unit. They agreed to pay the charges that resulted from the cartridges being replaced but have still not done so (two months later). I will not recommend them to anyone because they did not keep to the agreement.

I would give Gene of Spokane Plumbing and Heating a 6 out of 5 stars, if I could. He was prompt, efficient, and solved our problem with the main shutoff valve for our house in the best way possible. He made it clear that they do not try to up-sell, which I much appreciate. I am very, very happy with the service we received today, 6/17/2025, from Spokane Plumbing and Heating.

23+ year-old water heater was showing signs of its advanced age. Hoping to get it replaced before it failed, I started researching equipment and installers. After already getting a few estimates, I tried Spokane Plumbing & Heating. Sam said he would be able to get and install either of the two brands I was considering within two days at a lower price than other quotes I had received. I agreed to the deal and selected the brand I wanted. He and Gene squeezed me into their schedule and arrived within 36 hours. They worked as a well practiced team and removed the old unit and installed the new one (including additional items to meet code requirements) in just over an hour. Final price was exactly as quoted including the city permit fees. Responses to phone calls and texts were very timely with full and accurate information. I hope this new unit will last as long as the previous one, but either way, I know who I'll call to meet my future plumbing needs.

Received great personalized service from a small locally-owned business. They got to the project quickly, finished it up a lot faster than I thought they could, got it right, looks nice, and very personable technicians. The owner himself talked to me a couple of times to get things just right. I'm very happy and will call them any time I need HVAC or or plumbing or similar repairs.

100% awesome. We had a leak coming under the drywall into the garage that was slowly getting worse. Called Spokane Heating & Plumbing on Friday around 0845. Justin R. arrived a bit after 10 with his helper, removed some drywall, found and fixed the problem by 10:45. VERY reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! We couldn’t be more pleased with Pace Plumbing. Riley came out to our house and immediately we felt comfortable having him in our house. He was exactly on time, very professional and very approachable. He really knows his stuff! Both of our outdoor faucets were over 30 years old and were leaking badly. These are frost, free faucets, and are very difficult to replace or rebuild. He diagnosed the problem instantly and explained it very clearly to us, and also gave us options. He also replaced the temperature pressure valve on our hot water heater, which needed to be done, and makes our House safer. The quote he gave us was exactly what we paid and very fair, especially for the quality work done. On the day of the repairs, he showed up again exactly on time, looking professional, while being very friendly. He was considerate of our house, while he did his work, and left everything incredibly clean. If you need a plumber, this is who you should call. Thanks again, Pace Plumbing!

Riley is very on time and professional. My all bathrooms’ sink water taps were linking when i turned on. He took 3 hours to replace them. Great job!

Riley and Derick came out for what we thought was going to be an expensive Plumbing job that turned out to be something ridiculously Simple to fix(Clogged screen filters).
They knew exactly what to look for and were here for maybe 10 minutes and wouldn’t take a service fee.
