I also really appreciated the accurate advisement to our problem, and the highly capable fix! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Wound up getting a hole in our main drain line, From our finished basement to the outside of our house. Couldn't use any water in the house. Called they came right out and took care of it. Steven was helpful and courteous. We definitely call them for help again.

Having your water heater blow is stressful, but of all the companies I called for quotes and same-day service, JLR was the only one that asked specific questions about what I needed and didn’t waste my time with an in-person estimate. The work was quick and thorough, and Steven was communicative and went above and beyond by cleaning up the area where the old tank had leaked. The price was unbeatable, and the whole experience brought a lot of relief during a really stressful, unexpected home repair. I’d absolutely call them again for any plumbing issue.

JLR Plumbing once again has come through for us, and only for the low price of $79 for the service call. Because John and Steven are so experienced in many areas of plumbing, he, Steven, was able to save us over $1200 estimated by another company when he found the valve to our refrigerator water supply under the sink instead of having to run a new line. Thanks for the fast efficient work, and for responding the next day to my call.

JLR responded on a Sunday to my website inquiry, sent a plumber out the next day and got the job done immediately. They have a good response to Internet requests. Also they came in under my other quotes by a lot.

Edit: I did have to ding them a star for leaving me with the carton for the hot water tank. It was so massive and thick, it was hard to dispose of properly.

We had a great experience with JLR Plumbing. We had a back up in a kitchen drain that shut down the kitchen and a bathtub. They know their stuff and got right to work the next morning getting everything cleared. Honest amd upfront. Would definitely recommend.

Called for replacement of a water heater that was leaking, kicked a breaker, and had scalding hot water coming out of it so I knew it was gone. John had me scheduled within 2 to 3 days, Said to call and let him know if it ruptured and he’d take care of it ASAP. Steve Arrived on time and replaced it and it was flawless. Highly recommended!
