DJ answered all my questions, showed me exactly what was blocking the kitchen drain, cleaned it out, and suggested a product to maintain a clear drain. He even drew a diagram showing how the drains in my house come together and put the sink drains back together so they won't leak. We had taken them apart thinking they needed replacement. Nice guy.

Action has been doing preventative maintenance on my home (mostly root drilling) for the last 5 years and has done a great job. Their efficient service has kept 100+ year old pipes in great condition. Chris, our most recent service tech gave us a lot of helpful information. Would highly recommend them!

DJ was great, and very professional. He got us out of a bit of an emergency situation. All of our plumbing backed up due to maple tree roots in our pipes. He identified a broken cleanout cap that was leaking into our basement. Unfortunately, the cap broke beyond repair once DJ loosened it, and we both got sprayed with sewage. He stayed professional through the whole situation, and got it fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend DJ and Action Drain to anyone.

We had a clog that wouldn’t allow us to use any of the plumbing in our house. I first contacted another company who didn’t provide a time that they could get here. I then called Action Drain and Plumbing who had someone here in about a half an hour. Zach is the Drain Technician that they sent out to fix things for us. He got it all done in about an hour. Zach did such a great job for us! We wouldn’t hesitate to call Action Drain and Plumbing in the future if we ever have a plumbing problem!

Chris N. from Action Drain did a fast and efficient job inspecting and clearing a sewer line connection at my house. This the third time Action Drain has been to my house for various needs and they have been on time, reasonably priced, and responsive. Action Drain is a great company and have amazing Technicians. They have really quick response time. The Technician that helped us was DJ, who was kind, respectful, and got the issue taken care of quickly. He was also great with explaining what happened, and what he had to do to fix the situation. I would call them a millions times over any of the others!

Without naming the other company: we got a $30,000 quote with options down to $20,000 to fix our orangeberg pipe. Had a feeling that was too much, called action, they inspected it and gave us quote for a service doing even more work than the $30,000 quote for just over $10,000. They also got it done 1 month sooner than the other company. Also, the other company used scare tactics trying to get us to sign immediately after the inspection. Justin said “call and let us know” and I signed immediately. No scare tactics, no pressure. The crew was awesome too.

John is a true professional gentleman, a pleasure to have into my home. I had jammed up the garbage disposal with, of all things, dry potato flakes which turned into cement in the drain. John tried to un-cement the disposal, but my overzealous plunging had broken the seal so, though it would run, the old disposal leaked. John replaced the potato-y, leaky disposal with a sleek new one at a reasonable price. I will call him, gladly, for any further plumbing work that might be needed. He didn't even complain when his hands ended up smelling like potato. In fact, I liked him so much that I might break something just to have him back again. Kudos, John!!

John responded right away to my original inquiry, as our hot water tank stopped working after 12 years. His work, pricing, tank brand, installation, haul-away was flawless! He's very professional, efficient, experienced, caring and so far reliable! He made an unexpected situation very good and we have hot water in less than 24 hours of first contact.
