Shaw does it again! We needed to plumb for a washer on a different floor, a sprinkler system hookup, and a sump pump, and Shaw was absolutely professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. We’d have left a different review but didn’t see the option.

Shaw plumbing was great to work with. Easy to schedule. Reminder texts were nice. Mekie did a good job and was efficient. Will be using this company again if I need plumbing services.

Great job! Got an estimate very reasonable. Job done in less than two hours David was on time and done quickly. Will call Shaw first for all plumbing work!

Brandon did a fantastic job with the removal and installation of our new hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Also he was personable and friendly.

Prompt, Professional, and Friendly Service

I had a sudden leak in my furnished basement that needed immediate attention. I reached out to several plumbing companies, but most were fully booked — understandably so. Shaw Plumbing, however, was able to find a spot in a technician’s schedule, fit me in quickly, and had the leak fixed in less than an hour.

The price was very reasonable, especially given the fast response time. I’m planning to have them back to upgrade the entire plumbing system to help prevent future issues.

The technician was friendly, relatable, and easy to work with.

Shaw Plumbing was very prompt and available to help us with our latest plumbing issue. They were professional and talked us through the whole process of the repair needed.

I had an off brand shower valve installed during a remodel. After installation, I had a water hammer sound when any faucet in the house was opened or closed. I had Shaw plumbing install a Moen shower valve and it took care of the problem. Work was accomplished in a timely manner, and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Appreciate the great communication, explanation of my choices with the prices included, fast and efficient work. Thank you to the receptionist I called on Friday, and the excellent work by Cory on Monday morning. Recommendation.

We called two other plumbing companies and they were 1-2 days out, so gave Shaw a call and they were here within an hour! David walked us through the options and had it fixed in just over an hour!! We're very happy and will use them again!!!

Today is march 25,2025 Hot water heated did something weird. I called Shaw thinking I would get a recording. Rachel answered.(Thank you) She was kind, and sweet me up with Cory for today.. The same wonderful man that saved our butt's during the artic weather over a year ago. I really can't say how genuinely nice this company is. They care. They understand the importance of taking care of the community. I really can't thank them enough. I highly recommend and will call again. Thank you Shaw, and Rachel. Cory your one of a kind and I hope Shaw appreciates your dedication and the pride you put into all that you do.

I have to say, Since we had that artic weather in Jan. 2024 our Dad's hot water heater went out. I called around and had Gold &---- come in. Just walked in glanced at heater and walked out. Just said you need new heater with a quote of 2000ish. Had Shaw come look and they actually took it apart tested it. Cory explained every process. He was professional and he gave us options. He came back today with Nathan and they WORKED. You don't think about spiders or cobwebs, or even the tight walkways or spaces until they are lugging the tanks up and down. They are knowledgeable and HARD working. They cleaned up, even let me get a pic to share with you all. Shaw plumbing is my new go to. I think you'd like them too. THANK YOU CORY AND NATHAN. I always enjoy my experiences with Shaw. The workers are always professional and express pride in working for the company. I feel if the employees are happy with the company then that is saying a lot about Shaw and their care trickles down to my situations that arise. Thank you Shaw for being a reputable company.

You need to have a plumber you can depend on, Shaw plumbing is that plumber. In the last 6 months we have had them do two different jobs, David did both jobs well, and we are very happy with the results, will use them again.

This Company never fails me. I've had to call a couple times over the years and they have always been available in timely manner. They guys who came out were fast and friendly. From scheduling to end process ,Thank you.

We did have a few bumps in the road. But Clay was very responsive and worked hard to make things right! The plumbers were courteous, did a good job of explaining the work that needed done and left their work place clean!

The quality and price of work that Shaw Plumbing services provides is exemplary. We originally contact Roto Rooter for a quote and it was 3X the cost for the scope of work that was done before looking at other companies. Shaw came out on top compared to other plumbing companies in the area as far as price and scope of what they handled.

After uncovering a larger job that’s previously anticipated Shaw gave a very reasonable price to cut 30’ of concrete, reroute drain pipe, remove concrete, replace all our old cast iron pipe and then patch up the concrete in our basement.

We had the pleasure of working with Mekie who handled everything from start to finish. Not only did he did his expertise shine in the quality of his work but he also was every helpful explaining all the details of each step and going the extra mile. Mekie was the main reason we went forward with using Shaw’s services.

They do not deal directly with insurance but they were able to work with us to present their work in a manner that our insurance could help mitigate some of the costs.

We would 100% work with Shaw Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Our experience with Shaw and technician Clay Cottrell was excellent. Arrived as scheduled went right to work, installed new service, cleaned uplk- no mess. Had a small leak overnight, came back next morning to check and fix. Hopefully not soon, but will call again should we need help. Very good.

We were totally pleased with the service we got from Shaka Plumbing. Cory was that guy who installed our water heater and did an excellent job. Very polite.

Competent plumber, dishonest business practices. Refused to answer direct questions and left garbage on the curb.

I asked approximately how much the labor was on the estimate. Guy would not answer directly, obfuscated and implied the job would take 2 hours. The plumber finished in one hour and at the end of the day it was an easy job and the plumber knew it was simple.

Labor was $500 an hour and I guarantee you the plumber knew that. I should have gotten other quotes and it was my fault for agreeing to the bid, however learn from my mistake and contact another company.

Expect a high bid from Shaw plumbing and astronomical labor costs with the job costing twice what it should have. (I haven't used them yet but J&M plumbing was recommended to me and I wish I went with them. )
