Used Shaw Plumbing couple years ago to install new hot water heater and filtration system. When I had a shower leak, they were the first ones I called. Fortunately to have Mekie during both calls. He explained the situation thoroughly and provided various options. His work was high quality and is the reason we will continue utilizing Shaw Plumbing!

Mekie provided excellent information about the bid and the services, comparing the possible options. He was on time and he was polite, professional and pleasant throughout the day. The price was below others. He clean up his work space perfectly.

I called Shaw Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning as I had water all over the floor soaking my carpet and I could not trace it, Clay and Brandon came out a day earlier than scheduled and diagnosed my issues right away with great expertise. The unit needed to be replaced due to the fact it was 30 years old, Clay and Brandon had the old unit drained and removed and had the new one up and running the same day, they were very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. They left no sign they were even there and made sure I had all the information I needed to run the new unit efficiently and effectively. This company will be my go to from now on for all things they can handle, their prices were fair and their willingness to help to resolve the issues where above and beyond. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done and need it done right the first time!

Shaw folks arrived right on time. Very courteous, knew their trade well & took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly before/after work. They cleaned up everything. Basement floor drain was rusted so a bypass plug was installed, options discussed for other projects. Thankful for an honest plumber.

Will arrived promptly to look at our leaky toilet within a short time of our phone call. Diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and explained everything to my husband what the problem was. Will was courteous, on time, explained everything throughly. This is our second time within two weeks of using Shaw Plumbing. Shaw Plumbing was an amazing company. I had a water problem, and within three hours a plumber was at my house. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and able to make a temporary fix. The next day the permanent fix (much more convenient for me than the original situation for this old semi-mobile woman!) was completed. The cost was reasonable, and believe me I will call Shaw Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning again when I need help.

I requested a bid for repairing a leaky pipe, and the next morning I was called to set up an appointment for the same day. Brandon arrived within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job charging a very reasonable price. Shaw plumbing is is lucky to have such a qualified plumber on their team. The entire job was completed within just a few hours. He also took the time to explain how to use the new unit properly and walked us through the exterior controls. Chris came to help us at a rental house today and was knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the issue fixed it and tested it out. Would definitely recommend Action Drain and Chris .

DJ Schafer fetched the toilet brush head out from deep in the toilet and put our worries to rest at last! (Here is your reminder to not use toilet brushes that have detachable heads…stupid).
