Excellent customer service and workmanship!
Nate arrived at my home right on time. He was kind enough to move a small cabinet out of the work area and started on the hot water tank install. He was here almost 3 hours and worked quickly and efficiently. Nate had to take time to dig out the water shut off to the house!!!
I can't say enough about how the perfect this job was done.

I contacted Shaw plumbing after numerous other companies said they wouldn’t be able to get anyone out to my home till the following day, they were able to get someone out within a hour. Cory was efficient and professional. He explained a couple options for my sump pump. I decided to replace it and he was able to get it done that day. It was not an inexpensive fix, but thankful Shaw was able to get out and get it done quickly.

We had a slow draining sink and one with a small leak. Tech Ryan came out and fixed both issues and while here, we had him write up a bid on replacing a couple faucets as well as three toilets and install a garbage disposal. The bid was very reasonable. We scheduled a time for the work and received reminders of the appointment as well as a call the morning of, giving us exact time Ryan would be showing up. He was right on time, very courteous, performed the services in a timely manner and cleaned up all his areas when complete. We highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks Ryan!

I've used Shaw a few times now and have always received excellent service. This time I called and they were able to fit me in the same day. The woman who scheduled me was very competent and helpful. I love that they send a text with a picture of the tech and your appt info - as a single woman it makes me feel very safe. They also communicated so well during the process. The tech, Cory, was professional and friendly. He spent time diagnosing the problem and gave me a detailed quote before doing any repairs. He also gave me some valuable information that I will definitely use.

Shaw’s office staff were excellent. Timely and thoughtful. This level of performance continued with the furnace and Air Conditioning unit install. Jason and team had Great communication, good technical skills, timely and very respectful of our property. What a great experience! Thanks

I love Shaw Plumbing! They are always on time and they always repair stuff perfectly. My technician is the greatest and I'm happy to work with them.

Had them out for an estimate, during which they took the time to help me get my sprinklers to work (new home owner here). Got another estimate which was almost spot on with theirs so I went with them. They were able to schedule quickly and the job was done fast. The new set up looks great, and they even mounted my gutter pipe for me after it fell. Both men were very pleasant. We’ll definitely hire them again in the future!

Shaw helped us out with an emergency repair for one of our clients and the communication was great! The work looks good and they have a warranty they stand behind. Will use again!

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Gave just a 2 hour arrival window of 10am-noon (next day service even with non-emergency toilet leak). They even called me a bit past 10 to let me know it might be closer to 11. That courtesy of customers’ time is very very hard to find nowadays. Diagnosed the issue in no time and gave me 3 options with specific estimates based on how much work I wanted. Got the work done in well under 2 hours, even helped with a couple little things like a jiggly shower handle and leaky tub drain not related to the bigger job.
Pricing was right at or below my expectations which is such a nice surprise nowadays.

My toilet was running and the Plummer said it would cost $599.00 to fix. I said that's outrageous! It took my son In law 10 minutes to fix the flutter valve with a $10.00 part. I still can't believe he wanted to charge this. Talk about being taken advantage of. Was it because I'm a woman? I won't be hiring them again!!

Shaw replaced a burst hose bib and let me know up front that there was a chance our main shutoff valve might need to be replaced, and gave me separate costs for each item.
They were able to do the hose bib repair and stopped the leak at the shut off without replacing it, but said to be prepared to replace it since it would likely start leaking the next time someone turned it off.
They were honest and upfront about all of the repairs, and I decided to have them replace the main valve since they were there. it was well worth it.
They sent photos of the work with their invoice since I am working on the other side of the state when this happened.
I will be using Shaw again for any plumbing work.

George showed up within 30 minutes to help us deal with a broken water pipe. He was polite, up front, and honest. He helped us find where the break was and fixed it promptly after identifying the problem. Highly recommend!

This is the third plumbing project that Shaw Plumbing has done. Brandon has done tge work all three times and the last two another technician participated. This is an outstanding company and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing and heating needs. They provide a quote up front so there are no surprises. They do great work and are very professional.

Today I found water damage in our basement ceiling. I called Shaw Plumbing and the individual I spoke to, Colton, was very pleasant to talk to. David came to our house within 2 hours of the phone call and gave us a quote and several different options that could both mitigate our issue and meet our financial constrictions.
The conversations with David were pressure-free and I trusted his advice. He caught something that wasn't even on our radar and promptly fixed it!
We are very happy with the service provided by David and we will continue to seek him out for future projects.

We called for service when our furnace stopped working last week. They were able to come the next day! It turned out we had accidentally turned it off, and wasn't broken after all. They were so friendly and professional, and didn't even charge us!!
