Quite please to have Professional Piping join our trade partner team on a recent modernization and expansion to an existing elementary school. Whit and his team, worked hard, never gave up and always had the client and taxpayer's best interest in mind at all stages of the project. Would recommend and use again, whole heartedly.

We used Professional Piping when we added a bathroom into the basement of our ranch-style home. There wasn't any plumbing down there, so Whit and Jeremy had to run all of the pipes for the fixtures and also cut through the existing floor to add drain lines for the shower, vanity and toilet. They also installed a sump pump to push the waste water up to our sewer line. Our water heater was in the area that we were using for the new bathroom, so they moved all of the plumbing for that into another area of the basement. They also added a floor drain near the new location of the water heater so that it could easily be drained when necessary. As the construction was nearly finished, they came back and installed the toilet, vanity and shower fixtures. They were very competitively priced compared to our other bids and actually gave us more for the same price as some of the others.
They did a beautiful job! If you expect competetive pricing, honesty and integrity when working with a plumbing company, I would highly recommend Professional Piping!

Every experience I've had with Professional Piping over the years has been a pleasant experience. The quality of their work is superb. Keep up the good work, we need more quality contractors out there.

Have used their services numerous times without a problem until yesterday. Our main sink in kitchen had a major water flow restriction. They came out and "determined" a part of faucet got "clogged" and needed to be replaced. We pointed out they in fact installed this faucet less than one year ago.
He stated, its most likely calcium buildup...but second sink in kitchen , that they installed identical faucet has no problems. So...I say whatever lets order the "part" and get it replaced. He writes up bill which is basically the same price we paid for entire new faucet. This in and of itself is ridiculous but the kicker is he charged me a $95 dollar "travel fee"? Huh? We never had this charge before, why now? Without so much as a credible answer he stated the $95 can not be waived. Please wave goodbye to a loyal customer. I could understand a "travel fee" if I had them come out and I said thanks for estimate but we pass. That was not the case. They billed us the $95 and billed for the work. So..buyer beware-if you use this company now-no matter if you have them do the work-you start at $95 bucks.

Professional Piping is a great company to work with. Customer Service is great, and I'm very pleased with the quality for work and price of it all! They are a great company for all my plumbing needs.

Professional Piping has been our go-to company for years, they always do a great job. They respond quickly to our calls, do the job quickly and efficiently, and do quality work. Definitely recommend them, and would call them again in a heartbeat!

Jim was amazing! So professional and truly cares about a job well done. He explained everything he was doing step by step and helped me understand what was going on. He went above and beyond for me. Not to mention he was hilarious and awesome to chat with! Definitely going to be calling him for ore work!!

Kurt came out and replaced a hose bib for us. He was very prompt on the appointment time, very clean in his work and overall just a pleasure to work with. He even went the extra mile to check the previous solder points on the pipe fittings and fixed any other problems while he was here.We will definitely have them back out to fix any other future issues and be recommending them to all of our friends. My household would like to give Jim Moseley a 5-Star rating. He listened to our concerns and quickly got busy to make the needed repairs. Just when Mr. Moseley was about to leave, we mentioned a noise coming from another bathroom when the toilet was being flushed. Without a complaint or sigh, he happily took a look! He fixed it! We could tell he took great pride in his work. We want him to know he’s appreciated.

I phoned late in the day and Jim was at my home the very next morning even with low staffing this week. His work exceeded my expectations as what he did made a huge improvement to my older home. He also did the work lickety split with efficiency, was upfront with cost and even offered a discount with finishing the job before his estimated time. I was nervous the job might break the bank, but to my surprise the cost ended up being lower than I anticipated. It's obvious he takes pride in providing quality work. And bonus, he is pretty friggen hilarious. I'm happy to let others know my experience with this company. Call them!

I have had Jim from Professional Piping out to my house on two different occasions now. The first was a simple leaky pipe to my washer. Professional Piping helped with our kitchen remodel. Rerouted water to another wall, installed gas from lower level (previous cooktop was electric). They scheduled 3 months in advance, were in and out in a day. Excellent work, professional, and well priced. Highly recommend!

Professional Piping Inc is definitely a trust worthy business. My home my primary investment financially for me. I called 4 other businesses prior to using Professional Piping Inc. They only cleaned and plunged to clear a continuing blockage in my home. They took the time to evaluate my plumbing and listen to my problems with the Piping. They inspected and found 2 cracks in the concrete floor, removed the concrete and replaced the piping in a short time frame. I trust this business and highly recommend them for any plumbing problem or project.

Called Professional Piping for a bid to extend a gas line. The office person I spoke to was professional and courteous - as was the plumber (Jim) who came out to bid the job. We hired Professional Piping, and Jim was on time and got the job done quickly, and for a very fair price. Without hesitation we'd recommend Professional Piping for residential repairs, they are honest and fair.

We had trouble figuring out if our issue was a clog or with our septic tank (hint: it was a little of both). Called Professional Piping to get a quote, and they gave us lots of advice and things to try on our own before they had to charge a trip fee. We ended up needing their services, and they came right out. We couldn’t be happier with how they handled everything. Great customer service, reasonable prices, excellent timing.

I’ve had Pro Piping do numerous jobs from large boiler replacements to minor toilet swap outs, and they are always top notch. Very professional, courteous, and most importantly, honest.

They were great! They identified the issue immediately, were respectful and responsive and had the repair done quickly. They were also half the cost of the other company we contacted which is important for a small non-profit. Will always use Professional Piping in the future.

I used these guys about 7 months ago. My pilot light went out due to a faulty part! Jane, the service manager was diligent in getting a plumber out to me ASAP to look. DJ, the plumber came the following day with several options to fix but ultimately said it would be better for me to replace the entire unit (it’s still under warranty so it was free) and said he would have a new water heater out to me the next day. They worked around my schedule and made it happen so quick all with a smile on his face! He was absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, all the things! Thank you guys so much!!!
