The seals on my existing Brass Anti-Siphon Frost-Free Sillcock Valve with Multi-Turn Operation had consistently given me trouble since I purchased the home—possibly due to the hard water in my area or an inherent design flaw that couldn’t be resolved.

Wanting a long-term solution, I chose to upgrade to the Aquor Hose Hydrant V2, a significantly improved product. I reached out to the company, and Sam visited my property to assess the situation and discuss the available options before providing a quote. We scheduled the installation, and Reuben came by to complete the job.

Chris and Sam were phenomenal in communication. I needed a new bathroom sink and kitchen faucet put in and they were on it. Chris is such a good guy.
