We’re in a very old house that needed several things changed and rerouted and replaced. Chris came over to assess the situation and set it up for Rob and Jacob to bring equipment and supplies. They came quickly and were so professional that we decided they’d be the men with the skills to continue on with more work. They crawled under the house and took pictures to show us and we came up with a way to reroute our incoming water shut off valve so it would be safe from freezing yet easy for us old folks to get to incase we have an emergency. Before they moved it, we had no option other than turning the water off at the meter out at the street. These men are the team we’ll be calling in the future as we need work done . They’re a joy to have working with us.

Needed some plumbing line revision assistance and had the pleasure of speaking to Kayla at the office. She scheduled me right away and had a tech come out to give me a very detailed estimate on the costs. I thought it was a fair price, and was very happy with the interactions. Would definitely recommend!

We called Mr. Rooter to connect a new sink and faucet. Andre, the tech who came, was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Andre went above and beyond what was expected. He explained clearly what he would do. When checking the water pressure before installing a new faucet, he discovered a leak. The installation was done well and the leak was repaired. Our plumbing under the sink not only functioned well, but also looked beautiful (if plumbing can look beautiful).

We highly recommend their expertise in sewer line repair, plumbing company near me and plumbers nearby for any fixture, fixture repair, Fixture Installation Water heater repair, and drain cleaning! Kayla was amazing with scheduling and Andre was fast and attentive to our need.

Andre was extremely helpful today at our home. He figured out where the leak was that is allowing outside water to get into our house. He also checked all of our pipes inside our home. He discovered one repair he will be able to do for us this week. He explained clearly what he was doing. We are very pleased with his work!!

Thr next day: Andre came back and repaired what he had discovered when he was checking our pipes. We appreciate how careful he is and what he knows. Thanks!!

I'm only giving this company one star because the technician was nice to my dog. My toilet backed up, and since they installed the clean out during COVID I called them to take a look. It took all day to remove a handful of roots (tossed in my garbage can), which included four separate occasions where the technician left. I was told I needed a third clean out, that the manager was out of town until that Wednesday, and they would call me-I wasn't to call them. No phone call. By the following Monday, another company came in and cleaned out all the roots without a third clean out. I wrote the company twice asking for a refund, and there's been no response at this writing.

We didn’t have an emergency, but the quick service was appreciated. Mike explained the options and the pricing very nicely. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Keep up the good work.

I called a different plumbing service first and they were unable to come to my house the same day. I next called Mr. Rooter and they had someone at my house within 4 hours. Andre was the plumber that came to my house. He was very thorough and made sure I saved as much money as possible by adding a membership to my account. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I don’t typically leave reviews and have had issues with Mr. Rooter in the past. Today was exceptional. Dayton Boring was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and respectful. He was helpful with answering questions and I never felt pressured. I would definitely recommend Dayton!!!

Dayton is awesome, very knowledgeable. Came out and fixed our leak very quickly. Explained everything nicely that you could understand.

Michael Johnson was an exceptional technician; very knowledgeable and efficient. Our recurring problem is because of roots in our sewer pipe causing a backup into our basement. Michael is the only tech (out of several techs as we have had this issue several times in the past few years) to suggest using a foam that kills the roots in the pipe as well as outside the pipe and lasts for a complete year. He also set up an appointment for next year to provide coverage for another year. I was very impressed with Michael. He also found a way to lower the amount of our bill as my wife and I are having financial difficulties right now…his compassion was much appreciated. Michael was personable and friendly. He was a blessing.

Serviceman Michael was amazing. Came in and diagnosed what was wrong. Was up front with the cost before any work was done. Very friendly and polite. Was in and out in a timely manner. Would definitely call again. Highly recommend.

Michael Johnson with Mr. Rooter came out and within an hour of calling in arrived and did a very difficult drain repair and snake in our very old home kitchen plumbing system. Cannot recommend highly enough. All for a very reasonable price.

Mr. Rooter is great! The owners are very responsive and their techs are willing to explain what is happening with all repairs. I work with them at several locations and they have never disappointed. I would highly suggest you reach out for all plumbing repairs!

The tech was a little early which was good. Very friendly and and did a good job replacing my kitchen faucet. He also went beyond and checked the crawl space to see if there was any other leaks, which he didn't find. He did a real good job.

I had called Mr. Rooter after calling at least three other plumbers with my emergency water leak problem and not one other plumber picked up the phone just went to voice mail so I left a message on every one of there voice message systems and gave them time a evening to respond. This was on a Friday not one of them called me back. So at 0800 in the morning I called Mr Rooter on Saturday morning and they picked up the phone and was at my house one hour later helping me take care of my emergency. Was very impressed with their response time and how quick they solved the problem. With great customer service. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for your great service and quick response. Got back to me quickly and helped me save money where they could without cutting any corners on the service and quality. Brady and Michael were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Explained it all to me so I knew what was happening and did it on the spot. Thrilled with the price, speed, and service as a whole.
