Just brilliant! My water heater died and I did a bit of research and saw that Coles had great reviews. I called and within an hour I had 2 great guys come out and fit a new tank. So litterally within 2 hours we had hot water again.

These guys are great! We have used them multiple times in our salon space and they have excellent customers service and skills. They never are condescending and they follow through on what they say they are going to do! They are also very efficient and thorough. Very pleased!
Aaron and Adam have been so smart and supportive through a very difficult problem installing pedicure bowl systems and we couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!

From quoting to completion was a total of three days. This was the easiest transaction for a plumbing job ever. I needed a hose bib put in and during the quoting process it was determined that I needed some other things that were never installed for safety reasons, and these quickly got addressed as well. They actually addressed some leaking hose bibs that were already on site that were installed by another company. Today’s visit is going to make my life easier overall, and everyone was super friendly. Five stars!

I recently had an excellent experience with Cole's Plumbing after coming home to a leaky water heater. After submitting a service request after hours, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call early the next morning. Donovan arrived within 20 minutes to assess the situation, and just a few hours later, he returned with Andrew and the necessary equipment. They worked efficiently and professionally, and in just a few hours, I had hot water again. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Not only was he compassionate, understanding and professional, but he was also very informative and knowledgeable. I will never not use this company for everything this old home will need in the future and they have absolutely the best pricing in town! I called 25 different companies and they put beat everyone!

They did a timely on budget basement bathroom remodel. They also installed a new electric water heater and repaired an old sewer line disclosed during the renovation.

I have the pleasure of working across the street from Cole's Plumbing. They are a phenomenal team! On a Friday @1pm, we discovered we did not have hot water. They showed up as fast as they could, climbed all the way up to our water heater (pictured), and had it diagnosed with a new one on the way by 2:45pm. Installed by 4:30pm! And they were the absolute kindest people! Not only did they save us from having to close for the entire weekend, they navigated the difficult location of the water heater without complaint and a smile on their face. Aaron and his team saved our weekend and solidified that we have the best neighbors in Spokane. Oh and Aaron even cleaned up a glass one of our customers broke!!! Can't say enough good things about them :)

Very professional and knowledgeable, great experience working with Daniel and Vincent, will definitely use them for all my plumbing and hvac needs in the future, already planning on having them service our heatpump this fall. Very reasonable prices!

We hired Cole's to do some rework on a poorly done previous plumbing job. They did exceptional work, very thorough, and the entire process from quote to work to final was very professional.

They also noticed things no one else had such as measuring the water pressure into the house and testing the water for minerals. Both of these were in fact impacting our overall system, but no one else I'd contacted ever considered that. Really cutting edge and affordable options for these problems.

I would hire them again for any other plumbing needs, and will recommend them highly! Appreciated the quality work from Aaron, Chase and Adam.

Cole’s Plumbing has done great work on our plumbing needs, today was the garbage disposal, drain and change out the water filter in the basement. Vince and Mike got to us early, provided a quote , which we accepted and they got to work. They explained what they were going to do, did an excellent job, we highly recommend Cole’s Plumbing! If I could give this company 10 stars I would in a heartbeat! I had a faucet spring a leak in my restaurant. Competitors couldn’t come for at least two days. I posted my need for a commercial plumber on my personal Facebook and Coles plumbing was recommended right away. I called and they had a crew here in 40 minutes! Adam Kreitz was spearheading the job, he was Fast, professional and had excellent communication. Hands down my go-to for any plumbing needs in the future!

A big thanks to Vince and Mike who came by and relighted the pilot light on my hot water heater after it had blown out from the wind last night. They were great.

Needed a new bathtub faucet the existing riser was copper did not change that .I did the wall demo .and they installed a 50 dollar moen bath faucet kit and stubbed it for the spout (online price)plus a few more connections not costly
took them less than 2hrs,the actual work took 1 hour on a Wednesday during the day came to $1426.And t h ey sent 2 men one was learning on job.I just cant believe that this is fair pricing.It was$200.00 more than that but since I opened the wall for them (10 minutes)and I was a senior he lowered it a few.And it was a one man job 2 men made no difference in time

We had an urgent visit for main drain clearing at our attached school wing, and a smaller job to clear a 1-1/2" floor drain in our boiler room. Vincent, Anthony, and Kaiden were cheerful fellows, determined to get things fixed up for us, and relieved me of a lot of pressure! They are great guys to have on our side!

Vince and his crew replaced a cracked hose bib, moved and re-piped a water heater, and installed four new sink faucets. They did a great job and were courteous. I highly recommend!

Coles was very responsive to our questions and came out on short notice. Adam and his assistant explained everything that needed to be done, did not try to hard sell us on any particular products but allowed us to make up our minds once informed. They removed Our old hot water heater, installed a new one with an in-line device that is not a water softener but eliminates calcium buildup which will extend the life of our water heater. They did very clean work, very efficiently and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent plumbers! Both Adam and Mike were thoughtful, and professional. Their expertise noted a risk for carbon monoxide leak. They addressed the problem and possibly saved my family’s life from poisoning.
