Your guys, were teriffic. They worked quickly, and even took time to clear out the kitchen faucet when it had low pressure after the job was complete. I can't find the card they left with me, but I hope you track down their names and give them the reward earned for this service. Aaron and chase were amazing! They came to our house the day before the service to do a site survey and get me a quote for service. They answered all my questions and gave me all my options and we finalized a quote. They were able to complete the work in less than a day. We had a new tankless hot water and a water conditioner installed. They came in at about 9:30 and left at 3:00. Would recommend for their work quality and professionalism.

Coles plumbing is outstanding. I stumbled onto them after numerous experiences with other plumbing services. Coles are courteous, efficient and quick to respond. They are the go to plumbers.

These guys were awesome! I hired them to do some work at my in-laws and they were always quick to respond, detailed about work to be done, steered us in the right direction. I will say that out of 3 bids they came in second highest but their customer service won us over.

These guys are great! We called this morning and had Vincent at the house to repair a small leak within two hours. He and the trainee were professional, did a great assessment and an even better quote! They cleaned up after themselves and had it all fixed within less than an hour. Will be using again.

Adam at Cole’s Plumbing is my plumber! He’s done a great job for me before and today he came with Vince and Kaidn to check my sprinkler shut off valve. After running tests, he determined that it didn’t need to be replaced, but did give me advice on how to be sure everything drains properly after my system is blown out. I like having a plumber that I can trust to do great work, and only the work that is needed.

I added a bathroom to my basement and had Cole’s plumbing install the rough plumbing, sump pump, tankless water heater, and update old piping. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Communication with Aaron was great. The crew that came by on the various days of the project were great and I will be calling them back for any future plumbing needs!

Daniel did an excellent job cleaning our fireplace. He was quick, thorough, and professional. Even better, he gave us a very reasonable quote for the needed repairs without trying to upsell anything. I highly recommend Cole's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for all of your HVAC needs.

Called on Monday afternoon, they were able to come early Tuesday morning. Adam and chase looked at the pipe and proceeded to repair the pipe in just over a hour. They were very pleasant and the pipe is not leaking at all now. It was more $ than I was thinking it would cost but there no way I could have taken care of it. I will not hesitate to call them again if I need plumbing. I’m so relieved it didn’t take a long time to fix.

Had a great team replace our water heater and install a water pressure regulator. Very comprehensive and thorough during the quote process to ensure we knew all of our options but no pressure to purchase more than was necessary. I was overall quite happy with the work we had done - with one caveat.

Right from the start, I was impressed at how conscientious and careful the guys were. They really wanted to understand what I was looking for, and they patiently helped educate me on my options. This was the #1 reason I ended up selecting them. They actually came out a second time just to make sure they had accurately evaluated what needed to be done. Adam was my main point of contact, and he proved himself to be professional, friendly, communicative, and a great lead for the team.

My one frustration from the company was that job scope was not clearly articulated. My quote from them was based on a quote from another provider, which described the included work in detail. I understood that I was being quoted for the exact same work, however actually the scope was being reduced and this was not communicated to me (which I do believe was a simple oversight). So I ended up having to pay more for additional work that I thought was fully included. Of course remodel work can reveal unknown issues, but this was something clearly mentioned in my previous quote so did not seem like a new discovery.

All that said, the team was respectful and understanding about the issue and priced me fairly for the added work.

In summary: a great team of polite and friendly professionals.

We had a well pressure tank system and toilet plumbing issue over the weekend. No water for a day and a half. We have worked with Cole’s Plumbing before and they were awesome. We called them first thing Monday morning and they were out fixing the problem within an hour and a half. Adam and Mike picked up parts on the way to our house and they had water back on super fast. They are very nice and professional to work with. We truly appreciated their help. I would highly recommend Cole’s Plumbing to anyone.

They came out fast ( 2 days) to look at our bathroom pipes. We are replacing the old 80's bathtub with a new one. They replaced the pipes same day with all new pipes! They were quick and efficient. Thanks again guys!

I called Cole’s with an urgent plumbing need for and they were out to help us within an hour — and it was a Monday! Their people are the best, from Brian who answered the phone to Aaron who came to our rescue, they were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We are senior citizens who really appreciated the more than reasonable fee to solve our problem. And, they will be send us a quote to do some work for us in the spring.
