My main water line broke leaving me with no water. Truly appreciate them getting me in prior to the 4th of July holiday even though they were already busy. Not only did they get me taken care of but were kind, communicated throughout the process and was a joy. Much appreciation from my family to all of you.

After calling several different plumbing companies, I was told to call All Star Plumbing by a competitor that told me, "all the companies here know each other and All Star is a good company." I called All Star Plumbing and Mike was at my house within 30 minutes and fixed a 30 year old shower faucet that was stuck solid like cement within an hour or two. The other plumbing companies had waiting lists into the following week. I was happy that Mike was available in such short notice, because I had the water turned off in my house which is very hard for a large family to function.

Dustin's service, timeliness and professionalism was impressive! An emergency call was made and that same day he arrived after most businesses I assume would head home for the evening. Issue was fixed immediately (for my issue, within an hr) my questions were answered without talking over me and he gave me an easy way to prep for the seasons. I hope I never have to, but I will DEFINITELY use Allstar Plumbing in the future!

These guys are amazing. Hired them last year when we had a copper pipe attached to a frost free bit crack inside the house. The only shut off for this valve was the main water line. We called All Star, and told Dustin about our situation. He was able to send a crew, on their way to another job, to our place to fix the leak and also install a ball valve to this faucet. Rates are more than reasonable and the crew was very polite, personable, and friendly. Highly recommend!

I used All Star Plumbing in December 2019 to fix a leaky toilet. They did a SUPER job. So this week I called them again to replace a leaky ball valve in my basement. I was amazed that they could send someone to my home the same day (within a couple hours of when I called). Mike was on time, and he quickly replaced the old valve with a new one which works perfectly! Their fee was also very reasonable for a job well done. All Star Plumbing provides 5 star quality service at a good price on a moment's notice! In the future I will call them for all my plumbing needs.

My daughter's water heater sprung a leak. I made a couple calls and All Star was willing and able to help me the same day. Within 5 hours of my first call, the new water heater was installed. The technician was very thorough and made sure everything was done right.

Mike & Grady quickly found the source of the dripping water from my tub to the condo downstairs, replaced the seals for the tub overflow & drain, tested it, and cleaned up in NO TIME! Very friendly & professional! Highly recommend!

Darin came out and replaced the waste and overflow on my tub. He saved me after another local company lost my appointment. There’s still more work that needs to be done but he was able to prioritize and do what was needed to get my water turned back on and I’m so thankful for that!! I think All Star’s pricing is fair as well. I’m definitely only going to go through these guys from now on.

I can't say enough nice things about All Star Plumbing. We have used them twice now and don't plan to ever call anyone else. Our first time with them was to replace a hot water tank. They gave us a reasonable quote right away and came out the next day to do the repairs. I called several other companies around Spokane and many of them were booked days out, with one company even a week. When they came to do the repairs, Aaron was on time, friendly and extremely professional. He had the new hot water tank hooked up and working in just over an hour. The price to replace was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes that we had received.

Our second time using All Star Plumbing was just today (July 20, 2020). I called before they opened and had a call back from Dustin shortly after they opened. We had a clogged sink drain and they told us someone would be out today and was thrilled they could squeeze us in. Within an hour of the call, Darin was at my home and already working on the issue. I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. Again, extremely professional, very friendly, cleaned up and had it resolved within a few minutes.

I really can't say enough nice things about All Star Plumbing. They are local and would highly recommend calling them before you call anyone else. We are extremely pleased and will ONLY be calling them for any needs going forward.

I manage an apartment complex and Mike did such and amazing job! Both him and his associate handled the job well and was able to fix the problem even after another company broke one of their heads off in the pipe. They were able to retrieve the item from the pipe as well. I truly appreciate all their hard work!

They replaced two hot water heaters in my duplex and did a fantastic job! They were careful, clean, quick and affordable. Everything you could want from a plumbing service. As a Realtor who has worked with many plumbing services, I’d easily recommend them to anyone 👍👍

I had multiple plumbing issues at my home but Cole’s Plumbing took care of everything in one day, with no mess. That alone would be enough for a 5 star review but they went beyond that. The Service Manager Aaron took the time to explain everything to me and was very professional and friendly. When I had to leave for a family emergency, they stayed, repaired every problem and cleaned up beautifully. I am so glad I found them!

Had Aaron come out and look at our water heater that had been acting up. Our heater was at the point that repair wasn’t really possible and would probably need to be replaced in the near future.

Fast forward a couple days and the heater sprung a leak and its life ended. I called Aaron and he got out the next day and had the new heater system installed and running in less than 2 hours. Amazing service!

2 gentlemen from Cole's came to my home 2 days ago to repair the main sewer stack and unclog a bathtub drain in my home. The repair and drain were done well and appear to be solid. I appreciate that Cole's showed up the same day and stayed until late into the evening to finish the repair. Both gentlemen were very professional and courteous. I do however have some grievances: 1. The $200 charge to access the sewer stack (removing roughly 1 sf of drywall) was very disappointing. In hindsight, I should have just asked if I could remove it myself as the process would have taken less than 2 minutes. I had already cut away most of the drywall, but there was one small remaining section that needed removal. 2. The mold remediation gentlemen that they recommended, showed up within minutes of their arrival. It was clear to me that he was out to work over my insurance company. He refused to discuss prices but made it clear that I needed thousands of dollars of remodel work done. When I finally told him that I would not be going through my insurance, he was completely disinterested in helping us.

We had a leaky hose bib that we did not feel comfortable replacing because we had no access to the pipe from the inside of our house. Cole’s was quick to get out to us, explained the situation well, and did great work. Peyton and Adam were also really nice to our curious kids, which is much appreciated. Would 100% recommend.

The two gentlemen that were here Vince and I apologize I missed. The other one’s name were amazing. I love the honesty and transparency and the workmanship.

Arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and repaired the items. Completed in 1.5 hours and both gentleman did the work in efficient manner.

They have done work for me at home also and highly recommend them.

Aaron and Adam from Cole's Plumbing worked on our water heater as an emergency call out. They did an amazing job! They were able to identify the problem, contact our apartment management company, and fix the problem within 45 minutes. They were extremely friendly and professional. They explained what had gone wrong and what they did to fix it. They were very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone kneading plumbing or hot water heater work. Aaron and Adam are great, and so is Cole's Plumbing.

We had them out 3 weeks ago. If you have a true emergency and are completely incompetent or uninterested regarding home improvement, or a millionaire have these guys out.
We had an issue with an old P trap where the connection failed.
These guys were extremely responsive and would have been out same day if needed.
When I had them out after a couple of days they wanted $914 to open up a small section of wall and replace a shower/bathtub P trap.
Absolutely ridiculous. My upper limit was $300
When he tried to justify he said it would be about 1 hour of work for 2 people. Do plumbers make $400 per hour now?
Not sure I’d call these guys again unless I win the lottery.
Found a temporary solution using a $6 fernco connector and will resolve the issue replacing the bathtub drain completely for about $60 total including the fernco coupler.
Work I was able to do by myself.
The P trap didn’t even have to be replaced I found out after opening the wall.
