-
They were on time, did a great job, they were professional, I sure will use them again. Prices were fair, they quoted & did exactly what I asked them to do.
-
The owner is very Knowledgeable and friendly.
-
High quality work. Friendly and prompt service. MAYBE a little expensive (hard to tell without an itemized breakdown). Randy was a pleasure to work with. Very pleased overall.

Don't call Glenrose Plumbing unless you want ripped off! These guys took advantage of my Parents and charged them $582.00 to change out a shower valve!!!!
-
Honest company and as a single homeowner this is rare and appreciated. They talk straight and honest.
-
Called them two days ago and Heather said the guy would come out to give an estimate...the estimate cost me $152.00!! They can't be trusted. Call someone else if at all possible. I'd give them a zero for honesty but that isn't possible to post the review with no star. The critical word is estimate! They don't give estimates everyone!! They want to screw you over.
-
Thank you so much for the first class service!!!

Had them out to replace a 199,000 BTU water heater for an old apartment building. The guy gave me a written estimate of $6,600. He called me back 10 minutes later, said the Bruce could not do the job for under $10,000. I called Bruce and he tried to tell me that I needed an AMSE boiler. When I called BS, he changed his story and said that nobody else would be able to do the work for under $10,000. Gold Seal eventual did the work for $6,600. Don't use this company.

These people are not to be trusted in your home. Included is a photo of my wife’s review, which they had hidden or removed after a very bad experience. I don’t even think Randy is a real plumber so be careful using them.

Larry was on time, personable, and helpful. He did an excellent job and we are pleased. We have called Glenrose Plumbing in the past and didn't hesitate to call this time. Great service!
-
Everytime we need service weather it is for a water heater or other plumbing Heather and her staff do whatever they can fo get us scheduled right away. The techs are so kind and explain everything too. I would highly reccomend Glenrose for all your plumbing needs!!!

Ken was out for an estimate to fix another plumber’s error and a new issue. More than fair estimate compared to large companies. Work completed a few days later. He just returned for a second job I had for him. He’s been on-time and communicative- couldn’t ask for more.

Little follow up on the shower valve screw job. The invoice stated $210 for labor which my folks said was fine and not the issue here. Its the charge of $334 for "a" valve which costs less than 20 bucks. Look it up for yourself folks Moen 1225b delivered free for 18.95 Amazon. Or pay a buck more at Lowe's. Or if you are Glenrose you buy wholesale at Keller or Famillian for even less. So the real truth here is not faulty work but taking advantage of the elderly with a gross markup on product. This is a 15 minute job folks, they were literally there for 30 minutes at $582.00 and 20 bucks worth of parts. Look at the reviews before you make the same mistake, its pretty obvious they didn't do their homework before choosing these crooks.

I have a picture of the invoice in front of me, I don't need to call you for an explanation. I know what you did, how long it took, what you paid for the part and what you charged for it. I wanna know how you sleep at night.....seriously. -
I was quoted a service fee of $265 and, the Owner came over and charged me $475 and did not repair anything, He said he would send a quote for repairs to my home warranty company, I was completely taken back by having to pay him $475 for not fixing my sub pump leaking, he then quoted me over $2000 to repair this on top of the $475 I spent for nothing, just a quote, and My home warranty denied . I am out the money and still leaking in my basement. He mentioned he would send a quote in to fix as much as he could get out of the company and of course it was denied.

Horrible!!! Three times to my house and the problem still exists and even worse. Do not trust this company. They will not fix the actual problem and just ask for more money throughout. That is my experience. If Glenrose Plumbing in Spokane, WA is as professional and experienced as advertised or like they tell you then they should be able to thoroughly diagnose and fix your leak without claiming its a different issue when they come back to fix what was "already fixed" (their words not mine).
If it was a different issue the leak shouldn't be in the EXACT SAME PLACE COMING OUT THE SAME PLUMBING LINE!!!! I will never recommend this company and I would suggest you think long and hard before hiring them in any manor! Do a thorough investigation before letting any contractor walk in your home. I am learning the hard way for sure and it sucks!!!! You should see the pictures! -
Had Bruce over to my house for an estimate on a basement bathroom. Waited a week...no bid. Called and asked when I could get the estimate. The lady said she would call me right back. That was a week ago. I guess they don't want my business or they lack the skills and ability to complete the job. If you are looking to get a project done in a timely manner and time is money to you like it is to me....then I suggest you look elsewhere. What kind of business doesn't have the courtesy or professionalism to return your calls and send you a bid after 2 weeks? I see from the reviews on here that I'm not the first to encounter this problem with Bruce. I am also sure I won't be the last. STEER CLEAR!!

Beware, I used to trust this business and it came with high recommendation--it is no longer true. I recently called them for repair to my tankless hot water heater. They wanted to charge me $1,279 for a repair that I decided to do myself. It cost me $56 and THE ONLY TOOLS I NEEDED WAS A PHILIPS SCREWDRIVER AND IT TOOK ME 10 MINUTES being a novice. The estimator had to talk with his supervisor and his supervisor is the one that instructed him to give that bid or offer to replace my tankless hot water heater with one of theirs for $4,000. All I would like is good honest service. I understand there's overhead cost for businesses but at half of that bid they still would have made money for 10 minutes of Labor. To offer up somebody a $4,000 repair when they know good and well they do not need it is not at all trustworthy or ethical.

Lift station pump failed (sewer pump station). Called glenrose and their Plummer arrived and told me he wasn't going to put his hand into sewer water so I called someone to drain the lift chamber. Glenrose came back and said they didn't have the pump in stock and being Saturday they would come back Monday morn. There was no follow-up from them, I called and was told that they are not qualified to work on lift stations. This is after I paid them $400 just to have them come out. Their tech told me we have extra large lift station and the pump was a 5hp 220V costing $3000 for the pump alone. Found another company which fixed the problem. They told me the pump was 1/2 hp wired to 110V and the pump was $850. Glenrose is the biggest ripoff Plummer in town

My third experience with the company didn’t go as great as the first two: billing changed to by the hour rather than the job plus travel charges (I’m in Spokane... seriously?). I appreciated the invoice being adjusted after I voiced disappointment, but it was still ridiculously high to install a faucet and disposal.
Even after all that, I still was pleased with the work completed, and finding good companies is difficult. I emailed via their website contact form to have additional work completed. Due to no response after a week, I called and was promised a callback the next day. It’s been a month and the 4k job was completed by someone else, with another new bathroom install to go. Maybe return calls to repeat customers if you don’t want to continue losing business?
