Justin and brad were so awesome and efficient and punctual in my emergency! They diagnosed my problem correctly and remedied the situation promptly and explained everything they did and what was necessary to fix the problem. Jusin and Brad arrived at my home on a Thursday evening in February and were both personable and professional. They diagnosed my sink clog and had it completely cleared in a timely manner. They were respectful of my home and after they explained the issue they worked cleanly and confidently to solve the problem. You never want to experience a plumbing issue but when you do you hope that these are the type of people that show up at your home. I can't recommend them strongly enough!

After all the crap I went through with a previous plumbing company, Cougar Rooter seriously saved me! It was an emergency and even though they were booked they came out instead of going home or charging me $200/hr. Justin and Brad walked me through every step they were doing and made sure I was satisfied with the job. They were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about their work. I spent most of my morning calling around getting quotes from different plumbers and was becoming VERY frustrated fast! Then, I spoke with Justin, who spoke with confidence, very professional and was the most reasonably priced. Justin was fabulous! Worked us into his schedule, got right in and fixed the problem. Justin was communicative, timely, and very knowledgeable. He clearly likes helping people and is committed to mastery of his craft.

He cleared out roots in our sewer line, advised us on how to determine if we could get the job done every to years instead of one in order to save money.

Justin also has a broader background in plumbing and I had him advise on some outside water issues. he gave us good advice and for one of the issues recommended that we contact a sprinkler company to replace a part.

In total, he spent just under 2h with us. Friendly. Professional. Very high value.

This is the second time I’ve used Cougar Rooter and both times Justin has exceeded my expectations. He is very friendly and in my opinion a very honest hardworking man. I found a leak in my laundry area and had to shut off the main water supply. I contacted Justin and he responded promptly and he was able to squeeze me in the same day. If this is the same cougar company that I called about a hot water heater, I cannot for the life of me figure out who would give them anything but a one star review I called them letting them know that I just need to buy a hot water heater and it was like I could not get through to the person that I did not want them to show up to my house to give me a quote. I needed him to tell me how much it cost over the phone and then I’d buy one, but it took two phone calls of me arguing with him and then I get a text message from somebody who works there named Robin 🌹 telling me that if they come and install it which I never don’t want I never wanted and never said I did that they wanna charge me $4500 to install a hot water heater and that I have to get a state permit and all this other crap but yet you can just go buy one and install it yourself without a state permit so you must not need one or you wouldn’t be able to do it at home yeah I guess if you have endless amount of money I don’t know in any world would I ever call them or recommend them

First off - Justin is amazing. I’ve used Cougar Rooter several times now, and every experience has been excellent. He’s reliable, professional, and does an amazing job every single time. It’s hard to find someone who takes this much pride in their work — I highly recommend Cougar Rooter!

I have tried for the past week to get them to send me a bid, but they keep ignoring me. I have called and emailed repeatedly. This is to potentially re-plumb a whole house, I just don't understand.
