We had a frozen hot water pipe and Five Star came out and after doing some investigating, they found the problem and were able to fix it and our hot water started running again. Thank you.

Apparently there are some communication issues. I was supposed to confirm that Friday, the 5th, was going to work. Having a 3:00 appointment didn't confirm that, I guess. Got a call late Friday to reschedule. He said he'd call me on Monday, the 8th, in the morning and he'd let me know what time Monday afternoon would work. Here it is the 13th....and I've still heard nothing. They will not get my business. I should not have to play scheduler. If they want my money? Be responsible.

These guys are awesome! Gave me a quote for my water heater on a Monday, it was substantially less than our other quotes. We called back the next day to schedule and they were out Wednesday morning to install it. I would highly recommend them!

We had low water pressure in an old home bathtub. We first called a different company and when they couldn’t solve the problem, we called Five Star Plumbing. Five Star fixed the water pressure quickly and for half the price of the other company. Would definitely recommend.

This company is the Best in town. I called Jenny today because i needed a plumber ASAP to come out to my customers house. They were there 9 minutes later. I have also called them for my other job, and they quoted me at less than 1/2 the cost of the first 2 bids. This is the way all service contractors should be. if your 1st call isn't to these guys, that your mistake.

My Plumber Joe was very customer oriented and listened to the background story of my plumbing situation of my 1970s home. He took this information and considered all possibilities of what was going on with my low water pressure issue. After much troubleshooting and different possibilities he came to a solution and the problem was resolved at the whole home water filteration appliance. He was very professional and straight forward. If the city replaces out the old water flow meter be sure to change out your whole home water filter because it could be clogged with sediments even though you can't see it. I was really thinking I needed a water pressure regulator, I didn't.
