I am extremely pleased with the service I received from HydroTek and in particular Lance the serviceman. HydroTek was able to provide service within 4 hours of my call. That was impressive! I was also impressed with the overall professionalism of the company. Lance showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the toilet. He had the parts and had the toilet working within a very short period of time. Lance is very personable and knowledgeable and recommended things I could do in order to avoid potential future plumbing problems.

I'm a local builder and decided to give these guys a try when I suddenly needed a plumber. They were very responsive, friendly and professional through and through. They executed the job promptly without a hitch and were very fair on pricing. The plumber, Lance, was very well composed, tidy, knowledgeable and good natured. Definitely will be calling them on future projects!

Lance was great. He gave us a thorough assessment before work was started and his work was a piece of art. Would reccomend to anybody interested in quality craftsmanship.

Lance was quick and clean with my water heater install. When I first started getting quotes I had many plumbers trying to sell me all kind of fancy stuff for crazy prices. Lance was straight forward with what I needed and got it scheduled and completed within a week. Would definitely recommend for your plumbing needs.

In an era of half-hearted effort and "just good enough" Lance blew our doors off with his meticulous craftsmanship, extensive and prompt communication, and amazing speed. Lance was great, a very nice guy and very knowledgeable. He replaced the valve in our bathtub faucet. He had the part with him and it did not take him long to accomplish his task. In the future, we will be calling Hydrotech for any of our plumbing needs. Excellent service and pricing.👍

I went there once and purchased shower hardware. I called back twice during normal hours and no one answered the phone either time . Thought they went out of business.

Tradesman know. Ferguson has the right part, priced fair and likely in stock. The staff are sharp and know how maximize your time. Skip the big box stores, they have a tough job being half as good, half the time.
