The older guy came out to my friends house and was rude and weird the whole time he was there. Let her dogs out of the house acted like she was inconveniencing him the whole time he was there kept making comments about stuff that was none of his business. And this was nothing compared to some of the things he said to her that was just weird or out of line

Can't give a real good rating because they say open 24 hours including Sundays. I called at 8:59 AM where there was no answer and the call went to voice mail. I left a message to call me. At 11:19 AM I called again where there was no answer and it went to voice mail. I hung up.
He did call back eventually after 12:00 noon but I had already called someone else at had them at the job site. I give three stars because he did call me back but being open 24 doesn't mean that. There are times when you can't sit around and wonder if the person is going to return your call. This is my rental property and I had a blocked main. I can't wait. If he had called and said I'm tied up until X time, fine, but people can't sit and twiddle their thumbs and wait and see if someone calls them back.

10/10 professional service. Found a very hard clog 20ft outside of the house causing major backup into the house and got it flowing like new!

Quick service, great customer service! We have a chronic plumbing issue that has to be dealt with every year. We’ve had several different plumbing companies come out to help but this one wasthe best by far. Very friendly, and was actually much more affordable than every other company we’ve used. As a new homeowner it can be very stressful when something goes wrong in your house. Especially when you see a bunch of water not draining in your basement. John came in and fixed our drain and was very informative on the process. The price came to only $250. I am telling you pick this guy for you drain needs. Great customer service!

Perfect from start to finish. Workers arrived on time, explained the process, and answered my questions prior to starting. They finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up spotlessly, and thanked me for my business. Professional, prompt, polite, and priced right. I highly recommend

My wife and I moved to Addy the beginning of March. Once moved in, we quickly discovered no hot water. The on-demand propane hot water system was no longer working. We contacted a local repair company who came out, looked at it, and said never saw anything like that; did nothing, and here is your bill!
My wife then contacted HydroTek Plumbing out of Spokane. She experienced the most professional and supportive service starting with the person who answered the phone and scheduled our first appointment to Lance who was the technician work did the work. Lance made an initial visit, assessed the situation, and suggested we replace our old system with a propane tank water heater instead of an on-demand one. We purchased a propane tank hot water heater from Home Depot which needed to be ordered. We continued communicating directly with Lance who had to reschedule with us due to the hot water heater not arriving when first scheduled to arrive. Once it finally did, Lance removed our old on-demand system, and installed the new hot water tank. It works great, and we want to thank Lance for his outstanding dedication and customer support! We highly recommend him and HydroTek Plumbing to anyone who needs their services.
