I broke my bathroom sink and did a search for a replacement sink. My product was obsolete fro American Standard but I was able to find a direct replacement. Did a nationwide search, M & L Supply had 11 in stock. I spoke with Matt and asked about the sink I found online. As they are a wholesale distributor it was questionable if he would be able to ship to me. I told him of the problem I was having finding one locally said he'd call me back. After speaking to his supervisor he received approval and shipped out both sinks that very same day. I am in Portland and shipped out Monday and arrived Wednesday well-packaged and arrived unscathed. Great customer service and follow-up.

Friendly but they pulled the wrong item and when I discovered it they took forever to change it back

Billy, Garrett, bob and dale are always very helpful and very knowledgeable in finding specialized plumbing materials. This company has more in stock than any other plumbing supply house in Spokane. Credit department always makes sure materials on my account are correct when I pay the bill. Thank you M&L for all your hard work I enjoy doing business with you.

Main problem is it takes half hour every time I go there. Even if it's just a couple parts. Even when no other customers are there. Just no hustle. Frustrating every time. 2.5 stars

Excellent plumber very good service and better price then the big company’s

These guys were awesome. I had shutoffs replaced for main and sprinkler system. There was a misunderstanding about the type of valve needed for sprinkler shutoff. They made it right. Highly recommended.

Bates Plumbing has been our go-to plumber in Spokane for more than 10 years. They have replaced faucets, toilets, water heaters, water lines, valves, and pressure regulators for us, and repaired pipes drain lines. They do consistently great work at reasonable prices and I highly recommend them.

Jeff Bates and his team are just fabulous! The trenches staff arrive an hour before hand to further assess without cost and the Specialist Jeff arrives within the hour. Absolutely sound team, means so much as main matriarch trying to also figure it all out! Feel comfort, sound job, and absolute professionalism here. . . they worked on my home while away as essential worker, trust them and they performed the job superbly done!

Jeff Bates and his crew did an excellent job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. There were some challenges with this project and Jeff guided us and preformed flawlessly. Jeff is always prompt and does excellent work. Highly recommended.

John went above and beyond to help us figure out why our alarm for the septic tank went off. He made the trip to our home at 8pm after we called him that same night. He went straight to work and helped fix our issue within an hour. We were so thankful that we didn’t need to go without water for very long. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
