Kramer came out to inspect for a slow moving pool leak. After performing all the tests and finding nothing he set me up with an overnight test. The leak continued and he came back after the holiday weekend to get in the pool and search some more. Finally he found the samllest leak issue and repaired quickly. His communication throughout was excellent.

I am a homeowner with a well system and discovered a leak somewhere from the well house to my home. I discovered the leak on Sunday and called American Leak Detection on Monday morning with an immediate response call back. I set an appointment that day and within no time, Jordan, found the leak and gave me an estimate to fix it. Jordan, the Technician, arrived on time and was professional and very knowledgeable in his field. Jordan fixed the leak on my service line and our home had water again. We had a leak in our pool and called on a Monday. We were scheduled for Tuesday. Kramer the technician came and within an hour had identified and repaired the leak. We were so pleased. Highly recommend this company.

He doesn't answer his phone you call. His voice mail is full on both his phones so you can't even leave a message. I have leak that has been on going since March 7 2019 and he refuses to M.T.F.U. and fix it. Not even BBB certified. Now I know why.

We moved into our house a month ago and the tub was replaced by this plumber. The supply line has been leaking since he replaced it. We had to get his phone number thru someone else. He said he would be at our house to fix it. Well he never showed up or will take our calls. He is not a man of integrity.
