Roemer worked me right in. Marcus came on time and had my garbage disposal replaced in no time. Excellent service, professional and treated myself & home with dignity and respect. Third time I’ve had them here. Highly recommended !!

Markus and Barry came and installed a gas line to my kitchen for a new range. They were there on time, did a great job and were very friendly and professional. Would definitely hire them again!

I have used Roemer Rooter before to install a pool heater and fix an outdoor faucet and was very pleased with the service. So I called them again to repair a toilet and will definitely be calling them again when the need arises.

Had a great experience with Marcus. Had an emergency leak in a unit of mine and Marcus came out same day within a few hours. Then a week later (today) it appeared again much worse and he came and not only rechecked his first work (which I believe was fine) but found a different major issue and had it fixed within a few hours. I was very pleased and will absolutely be using them as my go to for any future issues. I appreciate the help!!

Very disappointed in our experience with this company. We had them out one time and they could not find the problem and we were still charged a large bill. Then, we found the problem and had them come out to look again and we were charged an even larger bill in addition to the first bill we were given without approval for them to do the job. We had an identical repair made by a prior plumber who had charged 1/3 of the price and fixed it the first time.

My experience with Roemer Rooter-

I called this business and asked for a quote for the plumbing related to moving my gas meter. I received a quote for what I understood to be that service and had the first 90% of the service performed. I paid 500$.

After finishing the trench and scheduling to have the supply line and meter moved by avista, I called to have roemer rooter come out to finish the final hookup to the new meter from the stub they left. I told the scheduler that Avista would be out at 8 am that morning and would be finished by that afternoon. I asked twice that the roemer rooter plumber would come out that afternoon, and the scheduler on the phone pushed back twice, saying that they would instead come out the next day, "just in case." Avista, of course, did finish that morning. My family, including my one year old, had no hot water to bathe with that night. Our obvious discomfort was of no consideration against the off-chance that avista would be delayed and their bottomline would be impacted.

The next day, their tech did come out, but she failed to cap off the open line were the old gas meter was previously connected. I was at work that day. The tech told my partner that she would be good to turn on the gas once they left. My partner was about to turn on the gas on the phone with me, when I remembered to have her check that the old line had been properly capped. It had not. If she had not checked, natural gas would have been free flowing onto the side of the house, endangering the lives of my partner and child, as well as my house and all the possessions we have inside.

Fortunately, I remembered to have her check, so instead my parter and child were left without hot water for another 6+ hours before the tech could return. Due to the poor attention to detail by roemer rooter, my families safety was left at serious risk. Due to the callous de-prioritization of our comfort by their scheduler, my family, including a 1 year old, was out of hot water for a completely unnecessary length of time.

I decided to just let it go. Then, 3 weeks later, they sent me a completely unexpected $300 dollar bill. I replied via email, explaining the entire narrative above. There was no reply. Six weeks later, I received another statement notifying me that my bill was past-due.

This company will choose its immediate bottom line over building a relationship with its customers, or even their physical safety. If you choose Roemer Rooter for your project, I hope for your sake everything goes smoothly. If it does not, you should not expect to find any accountability from them.

Marcus was fantastic and helpful! Garbage disposal was quick and easy and he fixed our sinks same day. Professional and personable. I will be calling them with all my plumbing needs going forward.

I checked out several companies to install a tankless water heater. Roemer Rooter showed up on time. They were courteous and friendly. Cleaned up, when completed and the job looked great. I took a shower and didn't run out of water. I am pleased. Roemer Rooter you got hard workers.

I had no hot water. The owner and an employee showed up within 45 minutes. They diagnosed problem and put in 2 elements & 2 thermostats in about 45 minutes. I called others and could not get any sooner than 2 days. Roemer Rooter was very responsive. First time I used these folks and will look no further for any of my plumbing needs in the future. This is a family business. I was pleasantly surprised.

We found a leak coming from our kitchen and from the ceiling in our basement this morning; you can imagine how worried we were. Roemer Rooter was SUPER responsive and we got an 11am apt right away when other plumbers in the area said they wouldn't be able to take the job. Everything was fixed in a matter of a few hours and with water leaks like that time is of the essence. Not only did they do a great job and clean up after their work, but they also checked in with us to make sure the price was right every step of the way. We appreciate you all! As usual, the Roemer Rooter team provided outstanding service. We've got roots wreaking havoc on our sewer pipes which has led to a once-a-year backup of water into our basement. The Roemer Rooter crew has made time for us on even their busiest of days; last year they arrived late in the afternoon of December 23rd and worked well into the evening to take care of each detail and to make sure our house was in working order to handle holiday company. Today they made time in between other jobs to come by and solve our problem, recalling prior experiences at our house to figure out the best course of action and to provide effective and efficient service. 3years ago I stumbled on Roemer Rooter and had my dishwasher installed, pipes replaced outside, faucets replaced and Cerise installed shut off valves as well.

I purchased a new sink and faucet from Lowe's. The installation job was contracted out to Roemer Rooter. They were very easy to schedule with and very responsive. When Lowe's was unable to locate my sink which I had already purchased, the Roemer Rooter technician continued to work with them on my behalf until it was located. Once they arrived, they had the job done quickly and it looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend Roemer Rooter for any plumbing needs and will hire them directly in the future.
